A black Audi stopped quietly at a small town, pulling up right outside a building. From the driver's seat, Shen Yi stepped out first dressed in black as ever. On the other side, the door opened, and Jiang Qi in black too got out slowly. His eyes carefully scanned the surroundings, studying every detail of the unfamiliar place before Shen Yi turned slightly and beckoned him to follow.
At the entrance of the building, bold colourful letters gleamed in the daylight; DAWN. Jiang Qi lifted his gaze to the name but did not comment.
As they walked in, Jiang Qi stayed a step behind Shen Y. He then asked in a calm tone, "What is this place?"
Shen Yi slowed down his steps until Jiang Qi was beside him. His eyes swept through the familiar interior before answering, "It's a resto-bar."
Jiang Qi hummed lowly, more like a thoughtful sound than a response.
