The story's situated in a world which 95% of the population has powers. Where heroism is a legal job. And every criminal is labeled as a villain and treated like one. 
But what if I tell you that there is a country closed from the rest of the world and is labeled by the outside as "The country ruled by villains"?
It's name is Lirun. Truly, in there, there isn't such a concept as 'heroes' and 'villains' nor some stupid laws as not to use a power without a hero license. 
It's not as if they are defenseless without heroes, they have the police, and they have armed detectives agencies or a military group that does the cases the police can't do. Wich the detective helps the police with mid-hard cases and the military group the one neither of them can't handle. There is as well less crime rate than other countries. However, the rest of the world doesn't know. 

Lii is a boy who get's choosen to go on a secret mission outside the country he's from.
He has to protect the ones who miss judge his country and his citizens without them knowing.

i got rid of all the chapters i have written which was the introduction and the first chapter.


I didn't like how the story was going and how i written it so far .


I will do the first chapters untill I'm satisfied with the results.


English is not my native language and i'm still learning. This is also the first time i write a story. I probably take a long time to make each chapter.
