Oh,what sleepless night did Rylan put our poor Adrian through, for days he couldn't sleep, every time he close his eyes the image of an angry Rylan would appear and that was not a nice thing,cause what followed was a very deep kiss,with tongue rolling and teeth clashing, and that wasn't something Adrian wanted to relive again.
While on the other hand Rylan also couldn't sleep mainly because he couldn't stop thinking about the sweet,plump,rosy lips he kissed,that was basically the best day of his life,deep down Rylan had already decided to make Adrian his omega and nothing was gonna change that,either he falls in love with him or he'll (Rylan)get him himself and it was gonna be with force.
And the plan was simple, he asks his father when next he has a meeting with Alpha serevale then he patiently waits for Adrian coming, he'll take him for a walk in the palace garden as their first date,then he'll ask Adrian to be his boyfriend (omega) sounds like the perfect plan,but all these depended on Adrian himself, convincing such a strong willed, stubborn omega in to being his omega out of the blues,that was mission impossible.
Few days later was the day The Duke was going to meet with Alpha serevale concerning the nation's security,also the D_day for Rylan to execute his plan to make Adrian his omega
after sleepless night Rylan was finally seeing his obsession (Adrian) he wasn't sure he could pull this off,well Rylan was always a "get-what-you-want" kid he wanted a pet crocodile his dad got that for him,well that was because the Duke lost his wife,Few years after Rylan was born she fell ill and there was no cure for such a disease,so she died,her death was a huge blow to the Duke but he had to be strong for his children (Rylan,Aiden,and veyra )Rylan's was the youngest and basically the only son cause Aiden has been sick and there was also no cure so the Veythar Family were expecting another tragedy very soon,but they were still doing all they could to keep him alive,Veyra was the only girl and she was already married to a prince from the neighboring nation her marriage was an alliance between the two nations.
So There was no way this time was going to be different he was going to get Adrian and there was no stopping that,Few hours later the Duke arrived,Rylan who was in his room stood by the window as a lookout for Adrian,and there he saw him by the garden once more " doesn't he ever want to tour the inside of this palace, He thought he rushed down to go meet Adrian.
"Hey there,he said stepping too close to Adrian there was barely any space between them,Adrian who was uncomfortable stepped back a bit to put a gap between them but Rylan pulled him closer and held him by the waist,"such slender waist,he thought to himself " Adrian couldn't find words at first he was just taking in the image of Rylan,the fine chiseled nose and jet black hair with his Crimson red eyes and plump red lips like he applied lipgloss ,A smirk appeared on Rylan face ,Seen enough yet?!
What?! let me go Rylan he said finally finding his words
"No, I can't do that. Holding you like this makes me feel warmth… how can I let you go?" Rylan whispered, his voice low and husky, crimson eyes fixed on Adrian's mint-green ones.
Adrian's breath hitched. His body stiffened at the Alpha's firm hold around his waist. No matter how much he wanted to resist, he couldn't deny that Rylan's closeness sent strange jolts through him—unwanted, confusing, yet undeniably real.
"Rylan… please," Adrian said, forcing strength into his voice. "This isn't right. You can't just grab me whenever you like. I'm not a toy you can claim."
That stubborn spark in Adrian's eyes only fueled Rylan's desire. He smirked, leaning closer until their foreheads nearly touched. "You're not a toy. You're my Omega. Whether you admit it now or later doesn't matter—I've already decided."
Adrian's heart thudded painfully. The audacity of this Alpha! "You don't get to decide my life! I'll never be some prize for you to show off," he snapped, trying to push him away. But Rylan's grip was unyielding, his Alpha strength far greater than Adrian's slender frame could resist.
For a moment, the garden was silent except for the rustle of leaves. Rylan studied him intently, his crimson eyes softening. "You really don't see it, do you?" he murmured. "From the first moment I saw you, I knew you were different. Strong, stubborn, beautiful… I don't want anyone else touching you. The thought makes me crazy."
Adrian's chest tightened. Was this obsession or something deeper? He hated how his resolve wavered under Rylan's words. "You… you barely know me," he whispered.
"I know enough," Rylan said firmly. His thumb brushed against Adrian's hip in slow circles, sending shivers up his spine. "And I'll spend the rest of my life proving it to you."
Adrian opened his mouth to argue, but the sound of footsteps broke the charged silence. Startled, Adrian pushed Rylan away with all his strength. Rylan let him go reluctantly, glaring toward the approaching figure.
It was one of Adrian guard Marcus, tall and proud in his Alpha regalia. His sharp eyes immediately narrowed when he spotted the two standing close. " Sir Adrian," he said curtly, voice edged with warning. " Your Father is looking for you."
Adrian quickly smoothed his clothes, hiding the redness on his face. "O-Oh… I'll be right there," he muttered, avoiding Marcus's gaze.
Marcus's sharp eyes flicked to Rylan, his expression unreadable. Thn he bowed, showing courtesy yet there was a sign of dominance visible. Finally,Adrian called Marcus,Come on. don't want to keep my father waiting.he said as he climbed the stairs to enter the palace,he showed some difficulty in climbing the stairs so Marcus put an arm around his waist to help.
Rylan clenched his jaw,his palm tightly clenched and his fingers digging into his palm,"Of course. But I'll see you again, Adrian." His tone was filled with promise—and threat.
Adrian's heart pounded as Marcus led him away. Even as distance grew between them, he could feel Rylan's burning stare on his back, a silent claim he wanted desperately to escape… yet couldn't forget.
