Mid-air, blades clashed one final time before both figures were blown apart by recoil.
They landed simultaneously.
Blood followed.
A spray burst from Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez's right shoulder.
A deep gash tore across Ichigo Kurosaki's left abdomen.
Grimmjow rolled his shoulder once and smirked.
"If this is all you've got, I'll end it next."
Ichigo straightened, breathing steady despite the pain.
"Then I'll stop holding back."
He raised his left hand to his face.
Bone fragments formed.
The Hollow mask sealed over his features.
Instantly, his Reiatsu spiked dark, violent, unstable.
Grimmjow's grin widened.
"Now that's what I'm talking about."
He lifted his blade.
"Grind… Pantera."
Blue light erupted.
His Zanpakutō dissolved into spirit particles as white armor encased his body. Clawed gauntlets extended from his hands; a tail of condensed reishi formed behind him.
His Resurrección was complete.
They vanished simultaneously.
Steel and claw collided in midair.
The exchange became invisible to the naked eye Sonído and Shunpo overlapping, shockwaves tearing through the chamber.
A dozen strikes.
Two dozen.
Neither yielded.
Ichigo's blade carved across Grimmjow's chest
Grimmjow's claws ripped across Ichigo's ribs
Blood scattered into the white night air.
Grimmjow laughed.
"Yes. This is a fight."
Time passed in heartbeats.
Then
A crack.
Ichigo's Hollow mask fractured.
Grimmjow saw it immediately.
"Your limit's close."
He blurred forward, driving Ichigo back with savage precision.
But Ichigo's Reiatsu surged again, compressed, focused.
He raised Zangetsu.
"Getsuga… Tenshō!"
A crescent of black spiritual pressure detonated forward.
Grimmjow crossed both claws
The impact shattered the surrounding hall entirely. The ceiling of Las Noches collapsed, exposing the false sky.
Stone disintegrated.
Moonlight flooded in.
The Getsuga tore through Grimmjow's guard and carved across his torso, sending him skidding backward across broken marble.
He rose slowly, blood trailing down his chest.
"You think that finishes me?"
His spiritual pressure spiked again not a second Resurrección, but full release of killing intent.
He vanished.
Ichigo braced
Too late.
Five streaks of blood erupted across his back.
Grimmjow reappeared behind him.
"Speed difference," he said coldly.
Ichigo staggered.
His Hollow mask shattered completely.
Without its augmentation, his Reiatsu destabilized.
He collapsed.
A nearby Arrancar operative Perez appeared and lifted Ichigo over his shoulder.
"Objective secured."
Grimmjow exhaled, sealing Pantera and returning to his base form.
"Let's move."
Harribel's Domain
Before they could depart fully
The sky above Las Noches shattered.
The artificial dome ruptured as torrents of water poured downward like a collapsing ocean.
A massive surge flooded the broken halls.
Grimmjow clicked his tongue.
"She's serious."
Amid the rising waters stood Tier Harribel, already in Resurrección.
Her form Tiburón manifested fully: armored mask fragments framing her face, fin-like structures extending from her arms, water responding to her Reiatsu as though alive.
Beside her floated the unconscious Kaien Shiba, suspended by controlled currents.
With a gesture, the waters calmed.
Her Fracción Mila Rose, Apache, and Sung-Sun appeared at her side.
"Withdraw," Harribel ordered calmly.
They obeyed instantly.
Lisa vs. Ulquiorra
Elsewhere within the collapsing structure
"Twenty-One Drops."
Lisa Yadōmaru descended from above, her oversized blade crashing downward toward Ulquiorra Cifer.
Ulquiorra raised a single hand.
He caught the blade.
With minimal effort, he flung her aside.
She smashed into the far wall, stone erupting outward.
Smoke rose.
A shadow burst through it
A Hollow mask now covered Lisa's face.
Her Reiatsu sharpened drastically.
She reappeared before Ulquiorra and slashed.
This time
Blood.
Ulquiorra's forearm split open.
He glanced at it with mild curiosity.
"Vizard augmentation."
But in the same instant
A black blur passed behind Lisa.
She froze.
Blood sprayed across her back.
She collapsed forward.
Ulquiorra stood untouched, his expression unchanged.
Her Hollow mask dissolved as consciousness left her.
Yoruichi vs. Ginjo
At the final battlefield, Yoruichi Shihōin stood alone.
Opposite her stood Kūgo Ginjō, with Shūkurō Tsukishima nearby.
Yoruichi assessed quickly.
Lisa had fallen.
Orihime lay unconscious.
Renji and Rukia's Reiatsu had faded.
Ichigo's pressure was unstable.
Still
She smiled faintly.
"If your level matches Ulquiorra's base state, I can manage."
Lightning erupted around her body.
"Shunkō."
Thunder coiled across her limbs, Reiatsu condensing into lethal close-combat force.
Ginjō watched calmly.
"You misunderstand something."
His Fullbring activated armor of black and white reishi forming across his body.
"I'm not weaker than Ulquiorra."
His spiritual pressure surged sharply.
He moved first.
A heavy strike crashed into Yoruichi's guard.
The floor shattered.
She countered instantly Shunpo chaining into a palm strike enhanced by Shunkō.
The impact blew Ginjō backward
but he steadied.
His Fullbring absorbed part of the electrical discharge.
"Your lightning relies on direct conduction," he observed.
He stomped downward.
Reishi disrupted the ground beneath her footing, interrupting her energy channeling for a split second.
That instant was enough.
He appeared before her.
A reinforced punch struck her abdomen.
The shock dispersed her Shunkō field.
Yoruichi's vision blurred.
She fell to one knee
and then forward.
Ginjō exhaled slowly as his Fullbring receded.
"Objective secured."
He lifted her carefully.
Observation
Deep within Las Noches' surveillance chamber, Mayuri Kurotsuchi observed the battles through modified sensory relays.
His painted eyes narrowed.
"Grimmjow's output remains within projected parameters… Harribel's environmental manipulation is stable…"
Then
His gaze sharpened.
"Kaien Shiba… present in Hueco Mundo?"
He shifted perspective.
Ichigo. Renji. Rukia. Yoruichi. Lisa.
All captured.
Mayuri turned sharply.
"Inform the Seireitei."
Outside, the floodwaters receded.
Las Noches stood fractured beneath the eternal moon.
And deep within its inner sanctum
Kurotsuki Renya remained unmoving.
Every outcome had aligned precisely with his calculations.
But the true confrontation had yet to begin.
