HANA'S POV
"Please! I didn't poison her food!!" I screamed at the top of my voice as the man dragged me down to the torture room.
Based on the Alpha's instructions, Peter was asked to find out who had served Lady Larrissa her meal and have them pay with their limbs for endangering her life.
"You served her food and from what I learnt, you seem to be the one who dislikes her the most. Your fellow maids said you were very open about it too. That is very bold of you my dear, I'll give you that" Peter said as we got closer to the most feared room in the whole of the palace.
"Please…They are all telling lies, trying to put this on me! I'm innocent!! You have to believe me!"
"You're only saying that because you got caught. You had every reason to poison the royal breeder and I'm not taking my words back…"
"No…I am not the only one who detests her! It could be any of the ladies in the waiting Beta! Please! I wouldn't do this, knowing how important she is to the Alpha!"
