Chapter 341 - Chapter 341: Dealing with Kurenai's Student

Anya actually wanted to correct one thing about Kurenai's statement. It wasn't just about sleeping to grow stronger—it was about sleeping with women, especially powerful ones.

Of course, this was something best kept to himself. If he actually voiced it, there would certainly be a few more bite marks on his body.

Therefore, Anya shook his head and said, "This is actually my first experience like this. I'm not sure if it's really the reason."

Leaning against Anya, Kurenai suddenly slipped her hand inside his collar, touching his chest. With a seductive smile, she coyly suggested, "Then why don't we try once more?"

Anya stiffened, blood instantly rushing upward. However, considering this was Kurenai's first time and fearing she wouldn't be able to endure it, he reluctantly refused, saying, "You've just recovered from resting, let's forget about it."

"Really?" Kurenai wrapped her arms around Anya's neck, whispering in his ear, "But your body tells a different story."

"You're playing with fire, girl."

That innocent teasing was the most seductive kind of all. Anya didn't bother thinking much further and, like a hungry wolf, picked up Kurenai and carried her into the room. Soon after, some adult-only sounds began coming from inside...

Anya himself hadn't expected to stay here for a full three days. During this period, apart from eating, the two basically spent all their time in bed.

After the second "experiment," the chakra within his body increased again, though not nearly as significantly as the first time. One likely reason was that Kurenai's body hadn't fully recovered from the first encounter. Another reason was that Anya cherished Kurenai's well-being, constantly mindful and afraid of causing any unwanted side effects from recklessness.

As for Kurenai, the consequence of her stubbornness was having no strength even to eat, forcing her to be fed by Anya as if she were a little baby, her eyes full of deep and lasting affection.

After years of longing, her wish had finally come true. Kurenai felt like these past few days were a dream, leaving her no desire to consider anything else.

Knock knock knock...

There was a knocking sound from outside the door. Kurenai tried to get up but found herself unable to muster any strength at all. She simply looked at Anya, signaling for him to open the door.

Understanding her look, Anya walked over and opened the front door.

"Huh? Who are you?"

Standing at the doorway were three people: Kiba Inuzuka, Hinata Hyuga, and Shino Aburame.

When the three saw Anya's face, they all froze in place, stunned—how could someone be this handsome? Their eyes instinctively went to his always-closed eyelids, wondering what kind of light would shine through when they finally opened.

Hinata was the first to regain her senses, realizing how impolite it was to stare. She blushed and lowered her head shyly, unconsciously gripping her hands in front of her chest.

Shino wore sunglasses, so his expression couldn't be seen, but after regaining composure, Kiba spoke again, "I feel like I've seen you somewhere before."

"Woof woof woof." Akamaru barked too, indicating recognition.

Kiba sniffed the air a couple times, then shocked, pointed at Anya and exclaimed, "You... You're that genin from Takigakure, Megatron! Yes! That scent, plus that head of white hair!"

Upon realization, Kiba quickly adopted a fighting stance, sternly demanding, "Why are you in Kurenai-sensei's house? What have you done to her?"

"Your sense of smell is pretty sharp, huh."

Anya said with admiration, "I'm a close friend of Kurenai Yuhi. I came here to visit her. And the fact that I claim to be a ninja from Takigakure? That's just a cover to throw people off. Please, come in."

Seeing that Anya remained completely calm without showing any sign of panic over her identity being exposed, Kiba and the others hesitated.

Finally, Kiba channeled chakra through his nose and took a deep sniff, confirming that Master Kurenai was indeed inside and there was no scent of blood before giving a nod to the two behind him, signaling it was safe.

Still, there was a strange scent lingering in his nose—one he couldn't place due to his limited experience.

After entering, they watched as Anya busied herself tidying the living room like a proper hostess, then preparing tea and fetching ingredients from the kitchen to start cooking.

The sight left the three utterly speechless.

Shino never spoke up voluntarily, while Hinata, shy as ever, stayed quiet too. Kiba glanced at them before reluctantly speaking, "We're here to see Master Kurenai. You don't need to prepare food for us."

Without stopping her preparations, Anya replied, "Please don't stand on ceremony. Your Master Kurenai isn't feeling well today and can't receive guests personally. It's perfectly fine if I take care of things instead."

"That's not the same at all," Kiba muttered under his breath.

Being more sensitive by nature, Hinata whispered nervously, "Kiba… maybe he and Master Kurenai are..."

She stopped mid-sentence, unable to finish what she meant. Sighing helplessly, Kiba turned to look at Shino.

Noticing Kiba's gaze, Shino simply said two words: "Smells good."

"Good? What smells good?"

When Kiba turned around, the table was already covered in dishes—birds from the sky, beasts from the land, fish from the sea, all beautifully laid out. Most eye-catching were the steamed dumplings—their thin, almost see-through wrappers showed off the juicy filling inside. Just looking at them made your mouth water. You could already picture how soft and juicy those meatballs would be—light but bursting with flavor.

The three, who hadn't been hungry at all, now stared wide-eyed and swallowed hard, while Akamaru drooled so much that puddles formed on the floor.

Seeing them in that state, Anya let out a small chuckle and said, "Go ahead, help yourselves. I've also made something special for Akamaru."

With that, Anya grabbed a dog bowl and set it down right in front of Akamaru.

This action immediately increased Anya's favorability in Kiba's eyes, and he promptly announced, "Then I'll dig in first!"

Seeing Kiba dig in, Hinata and Shino quickly followed suit, digging into the food with growing appetite.

As they enjoyed the delicious meal, Kiba asked curiously, "How come you could cook so fast? We had just sat down when you finished setting up this whole table."

Without hesitation, Anya casually replied, "These past few days I've been taking care of your Master Kurenai here. Since going out wasn't convenient, I ordered these in advance from various food shops across the village. They delivered fully prepared meals—I just needed to warm them up slightly."

"So..." Kiba finally understood what Hinata had been trying to say—and at the same time, he couldn't help but marvel at how much money it must have taken to pull this off. "...you two are a couple?"

With a bright smile, Anya cheerfully confirmed, "Yes."

At this revelation, the three students simultaneously felt a pang of pity for Asuma. The reason they had come in the first place was precisely because of Asuma's request—after all, it had already been several days since Kurenai Yuhi last appeared.

Asuma's intentions were naturally understood by these three. Yet, when compared to the person before them, sighing in unison, his looks were simply incomparable. As for wealth, seeing the table completely laden with dishes made any comparison unnecessary. Fortunately, in terms of strength, Asuma was undoubtedly superior to a Genin.

After finishing their meal, Anya steered the conversation. With her extensive life experiences and prior understanding of each of their personalities, it wasn't long before these three completely forgot about Asuma.

For instance, she talked with Kiba about dogs, emphasizing that dogs were the most emotionally perceptive animals and that everyone should raise one. Listening attentively, Kiba kept nodding his head in agreement.

As for Shino, the approach was even simpler—discuss insects. She casually mentioned the Deadly Poison Valley, which was teeming with all sorts of miraculous insects. Once they became Jonins, they really had to check it out. Even with her sunglasses on, it was easy to picture Shino's eyes lighting up.

As for Hinata, just talking about Naruto was more than enough…
