Its form also underwent a drastic mutation. It was no longer humanoid at all instead, it became more ferocious and multi-limbed. Seven or eight thick tentacles like giant pythons grew from its back, and the tip of each tentacle evolved into a different weapon form, blades, heavy hammers, drills! Its head twisted into an even more distorted structure, like an Alien Queen. Multiple ghastly white eyes flickered across its skull, and its massive mouthparts opened and closed, letting out a shriek that could scramble a person's mind.
It completely lost Eddie's human consciousness as the dominant force, turning into a pure monster that only knew destruction and consumption!
Bang! Ruuumble!
In front of this creature, the specially reinforced glass and alloy walls were like paper. It smashed through them with ease. The out-of-control Venom burst out of the isolation zone and began rampaging through S.H.I.E.L.D.'s underground base, wreaking havoc without pause.
"Alert! Alert! Highest-level threat has breached containment!"
The base descended into chaos. Agents tried to hold it back with energy weapons, but bullets and ordinary energy blasts did almost nothing. Some agents were casually swatted away or even swallowed whole by its tentacles.
Upon receiving the news, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange who had just finished handling the aftermath of Asgard, arrived at the scene immediately.
"Doc! We have to stop it! It's even more berserk than before!" Spider-Man shouted anxiously, firing webbing to try and bind the monster's legs only for one tentacle to tear free with ease.
Doctor Strange's expression was grim. His hands moved rapidly, pulling forth a dazzling magic array. "I know! By the power of the Vishanti—Crimson Bands of Cyttorak!"
Several deep crimson magical energy bands, brimming with powerful binding force, appeared out of thin air like spiritual serpents and wrapped toward the out-of-control Venom, trying to restrain it. Venom roared as multiple tentacles whipped wildly, smashing into the Crimson Bands with crackling bursts of colliding energy. The bands managed to hold it for a few seconds, tightening around its body.
But the next moment—Venom's massively enlarged body suddenly shuddered. A far more violent surge of dark energy erupted outward. One tentacle's tip morphed into a drill and spun at high speed, actually boring straight through a Crimson Band and snapping it apart! A gap opened in the bindings, and the other bands immediately began to destabilize.
"It's getting stronger! And it has extremely high resistance to magic!" Doctor Strange gritted his teeth and forced himself to maintain the spell, but sweat was already forming at his temples. The strength this out-of-control Venom was displaying was beyond imagination.
At that moment, Saitama having received the notification (maybe Tony or Fury contacted him directly)—arrived in this chaotic underground space through S.H.I.E.L.D.'s rapid access route. He looked at the enormous, twisted, writhing black monster that nearly filled the passageway, and at the tentacles flailing all over it—clearly dangerous-looking—and his face showed obvious irritation.
"Why is it this black, sticky thing again?" Saitama's tone was full of disgust. "117 It just won't stop. And it looks even bigger now."
The out-of-control Venom sensed Saitama's arrival—or rather, the energy source inside him that made it both crave and fear him. All of its compound eyes locked onto Saitama at once. It let out a shriek mixed with greed and rage as several tentacles stabbed toward him simultaneously! The tentacles tore the air, moving so fast they left afterimages.
Spider-Man and Doctor Strange shouted at the same time, "Look out!"
Saitama looked at the tentacles thrusting at him. He didn't dodge instead, he stepped forward to meet them. In the instant before they struck, his hands shot out like lightning and precisely grabbed two of the thickest tentacles!
