The sudden shout caught everyone's attention. Students stopped in their tracks and turned towards the source of the voice. Some looked surprised, while others quickly moved aside to make room.
Standing in the middle of the hallway was Cedric, whose face was filled with anger. His eyes were fixed on Darius Blackthorn, who stood a short distance away from him.
Darius coughed lightly when he realised that everyone was looking at him. Despite the sudden challenge, he did not appear particularly worried. Instead, he gave Cedric a relaxed smile.
"Haha! Cedric... It isn't even the first day at the academy. Can't you cut me some slack?"
Cedric's eyes narrowed at his response. His expression grew colder as he took a step forward, showing no intention of backing down.
