In the afternoon, Raymond and the others gathered around the duel arena to watch the upcoming fight between Cedric and Darius.
Unauthorized duels were strictly prohibited within the academy, and students had to inform an instructor before initiating a duel so that the fight could be properly supervised.
Raymond folded his arms and leaned against the railing as he looked around. Soon, he spotted a familiar figure who seemed to be looking around nervously.
"Peter!"
Peter turned towards him and hurried over. Although some of the tension left his face, his pale complexion and uneasy expression did not escape Raymond's notice.
"What happened? Why do you look so pale?"
"No... Nothing," Peter replied uneasily, lowering his gaze.
Raymond narrowed his eyes. The flustered expression and trembling look suggested that Peter had been bullied. He wanted to pry further, but decided to observe things first rather than force him to speak.
