"I'm not joking this time, Dad. Just come with me to Tsunade's place. I'll explain everything there. It's important," Hatake Yusuke said, dropping his usual playful tone for a serious one.
Sakumo raised an eyebrow, surprised by his son's unusually earnest expression.
"Alright... but make it quick. I've got a long list of things to finish."
Yusuke smirked. "You're Konoha's White Fang and you're complaining over something like this?"
Before his father could argue, Yusuke activated his Devil Fruit ability and opened an Air Door, instantly warping them to Tsunade's doorstep.
He knocked a few times. Moments later, a sleepy-eyed Tsunade opened the door—only to light up the second she saw who it was. Without hesitation, she wrapped her arms around Yusuke in a warm embrace.
Caught off guard, Yusuke chuckled awkwardly and returned the hug.
A short silence followed.
"Ahem."
A soft cough echoed behind them.
Sakumo, who had been silently observing, finally broke the moment. Tsunade turned and, spotting the White Fang of Konoha himself, went red with embarrassment.
"Sa-Sakumo-senpai?! How long have you been standing there?"
Yusuke smirked.
"He's here because I asked him to come. Said it was important. Something about... surgery."
Sakumo's voice was laced with subtle amusement, though he refrained from teasing further—his old reputation as a stoic shinobi still intact.
Tsunade quickly regained her composure and glared at Yusuke, clearly blaming him for the misunderstanding.
"Please, come in, Senpai," she said, motioning them both inside.
Once they were all seated, both Tsunade and Sakumo turned their curious gazes toward Yusuke.
"Just a second," he said calmly.
Yusuke raised his hand and activated the power of the Barrier-Barrier Fruit, creating a transparent dome of pure defense that enveloped Tsunade's entire house. In his opinion, it was one of the most broken Devil Fruits he possessed. Not even his own Gura Gura no Mi abilities could break through this barrier.
Seeing Yusuke acting with such seriousness only deepened their curiosity.
Once the perimeter was secured, Yusuke finally spoke.
"I called you both here because... I'm about to perform a surgery. A very important one. I didn't want a single mistake, which is why I asked Tsunade to be present."
"A surgery?" Tsunade narrowed her eyes and immediately activated her medical sensory technique, but found no injuries or abnormalities in Sakumo.
"I'm not hurt at all," Sakumo said, equally confused.
"That's right. You're not injured. But you're still the patient," Yusuke added quietly.
"Enough with the vague talk! Just say what this is about!" Tsunade snapped, as impatient as ever.
"Alright then. I'll explain. The procedure is called the Perpetual Youth Surgery. Anyone who undergoes it... will gain eternal youth."
Yusuke casually waved his hand, as if saying something as outrageous as that was perfectly normal.
"W-What?"
"Eternal... youth?"
Both Tsunade and Sakumo blinked in disbelief. Even the Sage of Six Paths hadn't achieved something like that.
"Yes. It's the ultimate evolution of one of my Devil Fruits," Yusuke continued without hesitation. "But there's a limit. The surgery can only be performed once every five years."
"You little brat, are you seriously not messing around?" Sakumo asked, still stunned.
"I'm dead serious. And I want you to be the first one to receive it," Yusuke said, meeting his father's gaze. "You're still in good shape now, but in a few years, age will catch up to you. This procedure works best on a body in its prime."
There was a long pause.
"…Let's do it," Sakumo finally said, trusting his son without reservation.
"Alright."
With a calm breath, Yusuke raised his fingers. A translucent dome began forming around him, slowly expanding to include Tsunade and Sakumo.
"Room."
The word echoed through the space, activating the awakened power of the Ope Ope no Mi. A shimmering surgical field enveloped them—an absolute space where Yusuke controlled everything.
Inside this Room, even time itself seemed to pause. No outside interference, no interruptions.
But extending the domain to this size drained Yusuke's Chakra and stamina rapidly. It wasn't a technique meant for combat—it was perfect for medical procedures like this.
He immediately began the operation.
Tsunade stood by, her eyes serious. She wasn't just a spectator—her presence was critical. Yusuke might not have the strength to finish this alone.

Ten minutes passed. Yusuke was drenched in sweat. But with Tsunade's support, he pushed forward.
Another five minutes later, it was done.
Using the awakened abilities of the Ope Ope Fruit, Yusuke severed Sakumo's connection to time itself—isolating his father's body from aging. In essence, he had erased time from Sakumo's physical existence.
It sounded simple, but the actual process was unimaginably complex. Every part of the body had to be surgically detached from temporal decay.
As soon as it ended, Yusuke collapsed.
Tsunade caught him gently, holding his unconscious body close, concern written all over her face. But before turning her full attention to him, she looked at Sakumo.
"White Fang-senpai... how do you feel?" she asked, still unsure if the procedure had truly worked.
"I feel... full of vitality. It's like I'm floating, detached from the world. My body feels lighter than ever... This is the most comfortable I've ever felt in my entire life," Sakumo replied in awe.
Tsunade glanced down at Yusuke in her arms and smiled softly.
She knew... the surgery was a success.
