Chapter 189 - Cap.176 - The meeting between two BGAs

Ames, Aesop, and Ringo had finally arrived at Hidden Red Robe Abbey. Although Ringo had been here before, he had teleported directly onto the planet, this time he saw the planet from above.

It didn't look much different from a planet with ordinary life, land, water, everything was there. The difference was that this time the target was Austin's castle, floating smoothly above the planet like a satellite in orbit, the Palace of Hidden Spells.

As a Gold-grade piece of equipment and a Universal Treasure, the Palace of Hidden Spells was definitely astronomically valuable, it was even capable of long-distance teleportation.

A Mage's tower was a generic term for this type of equipment for Mages, Austin's, however, was clearly a magnificent magic castle. A Mage's tower was for a Mage simultaneously a dwelling, a means of transport, a fortress, a weapon, and a magical amplifier.

Besides any other function the Mage might add. It was a war tank in its magical version.

Ames's ship didn't need to give any warning and no communication request was issued, even as it approached the tower, the magical force field opened for it.

Upon exiting the ship, Ringo's senses were assaulted, the architecture was worthy of elven beauty, the scent was spring-like, and even the magical energy was saturated in this place. Any mage would have a constant bonus here, whether for practice or combat, it's no wonder there are so many mages willing to serve Austin.

Ringo walked with Aesop behind Ames, who was floating with her green force field covering her, her black dress swaying slightly. Ringo seemed to think that Ames somewhat resembled Tornado from One Punch Man.

Except that she's a haughty Empress while Tornado is more of a tsundere loli.

Austin's small, floating figure, followed by his guards, soon appeared. Ringo seemed to understand why Ames was floating, although the woman liked to use her force field to move, it was only to farm Aura, normally she still walked.

Seeing Austin floating and imagining her standing below him... he bets Ames must have been annoyed the first time that happened.

Shaking his head, he wasn't worried about it, Ames was just like that. Maybe she wasn't a Tsundere, but she was definitely petty. It's no wonder she ended up with the king of pettiness, Han Xiao, in the original novel.

Thinking about Han Xiao, Ringo couldn't help but chuckle slightly, wondering if he was still brooding over his anger during his work breaks.

His light laughter caught Austin's attention, the sorcerers behind him looked offended, thinking he was laughing at their leader/master.

Before any of them could act, Austin raised his small hand, stopping his subordinates. They moved slightly, but remained quiet. Austin, on the other hand, was looking curiously at Ringo, but soon looked away and glanced at Ames. After all, he still needed to follow the hierarchy, Ames was his only equal there, so he couldn't simply ignore her and speak to Ringo.

-Ames, I see my sincere plea didn't stop you. I'm sure Psyker would love to fight you.- Austin smiled, his milky voice trying to sound serious and failing miserably.

Well, Ringo bets that if Austin releases his aura while speaking, no matter how thin and soft his voice is, nobody will think he's just a child, but Austin, with his peculiar sense of humor, probably enjoys making people uncomfortable.

What is more unsettling than old men from powerful civilizations, who have millions of subordinates who could die for them at any moment, bowing their heads before a child who speaks like a haughty little brat?

Ringo imagined that he would probably feel extremely angry and frustrated.

For a moment, Ringo imagined that putting Ames, Austin, and Han Xiao together as a group and letting them act as emissaries would be incredibly fun, at least for him. These three are a perfect trio, Han Xiao acting as a civilized gangster, Ames as a spoiled queen visiting a bunch of peasants, and Austin in the background cheering, a guy who prefers to make problems harder than solve them.

Anyone would have a stroke dealing with all three at the same time.

-I bet so.- Ames rolled her eyes, her energy pulsing slightly, it came from Ringo and her curiosity about what was inside the black sphere, but she was also itching for a good fight.

Austin sighed, seeing Ames like that, he spoke to the Mages behind him. - Take our guests out to have some fun, I'm going to practice a bit with Ames.

Saying this, Austin began to chant an incantation as a magical circle enveloped him and Ames, and soon the two had disappeared.

Nobody found this surprising or disappointed, after all, in a fight of this level, any casual move by them could kill a Grade A Super, so Ames and Austin had gone to a distant location so as not to affect his planet.

Of course, it was just a practice, so Austin wouldn't fight Ames with his palace.

Ringo wanted to go to Bradd to get a new weapon, so he was ready to visit the planet below.

Unlike the first time he came here, he was no longer so scared, he had already been recognized by the mages as Ames' subordinate, so attacking him now would be asking Austin to become Ames' complete enemy.

However, just as he was getting ready to go down, something unexpected happened.

-What were you laughing at a moment ago? - A voice sounded behind him.
