[Author's note: This is the beginning of Volume 3. Volume 3 will take Han Xiao to space, as well as the players who accompany him. My plan for volume 3 is for it to reach the end of the Secret War, but that's still open.]
Time can change many things, months passed, and the change in Ringo was just one aspect. The biggest change was actually with Aurora.
That little girl jumped straight to Grade B in just a few months and was rapidly catching up with her sister, all because of the Purple Crystal pendant, her energy level was growing so fast it was almost ridiculous.
There was no bottleneck whatsoever, she simply continued to absorb energy continuously without stopping. If it weren't for the limitation on the amount of energy she could absorb, she would have already reached Grade A.
Knowing this, Hila became increasingly focused on getting stronger, taking on mission after mission, much to Rick's dismay, who often wanted to take a break. Triple Six became a war machine with her around.
Eva nodded in agreement, hands and feet alike, she loved this lifestyle and was at the peak of her excitement. Black Spider simply let the two of them release their hands and feet.
Although the mission level dropped from Grade A to Grade B, war contracts were extremely lucrative when you managed to get enough kills.
Of course, the greatest profit was the souls harvested by Ringo and Hila.
Trax was also having a lot of fun during this period, they could finally act freely without having to run away every time a problem came knocking.
Ringo acquired many low-level Super samples during this time, the souls of the mechanics were transformed into "enhancements" for Lena, allowing the girl to advance by leaps and bounds during this period.
The others had their souls devoured by Ringo and Hila, their bodies all serving as fertilizer in Ringo's personal project to create his 5 Demogorgons of each class.
Unfortunately, not all Esper powers were compatible with the Demogorgon Esper, so Ringo directly used random powers to transform some of the Xenomorphs into Espers, and their numbers continued to grow.
The Mechanical Demogorgon was transformed into a mechanical pugilist, Ringo acquired a state-of-the-art Grade A mechanical suit for it, the most distinctive of his Xenomorphs. Ringo also maintained a mechanical army in the nightmare dimension, ready to be summoned at any moment.
When the Mechanical Demogorgon became a Grade A, it also became a Virtual Mechanical. Between the Armed, Energy, and Control Branch, Ringo knew that a virtual mechanical was the best against other mechanicals.
Ringo had to divide the knowledge he acquired through the souls between Lena and the Mechanical Demogorgon, but it was totally worth it.
The Magic Demogorgon was also strange enough, compared to the others, its only difference was a red crystal embedded in its skull. It was a magical conduit that Ringo obtained from Bredd, and with the number of spells it had learned, it was the most versatile of his Demogorgons.
The Psychic Demogorgon, in turn, was focused on mental attacks, the other Demogorgons already had enough firepower, dealing with spiritual enemies was its job.
Ringo managed to get the five up to Grade A, and when they worked together, even Ringo took a lot of flak.
The Demogorgon Esper acted as an assassin, the Demogorgon Pugilist as a tank, the Demogorgon Psychic as a spiritual field controller, the Demogorgon Mechanic as a physical field controller and sometimes as a direct combatant like the Demogorgon Pugilist, and finally the Demogorgon Mage was extremely versatile, handling all kinds of situations.
Attack, defense, movement, control... with the amount of knowledge that this Demogorgon had from all the mages that Rigel made him absorb, he was incredibly powerful.
Generally speaking, the most powerful is the Esper Demogorgon, that guy is so fast he's hard to deal with, although he has some difficulty against the Psychic Demogorgon, but if it's an assassination, the Psychic Demogorgon doesn't stand a chance.
The Demogorgon Mage comes next, with its versatility, if it weren't for the Demogorgon Esper's speed, it would be the strongest.
The psychic Demogorgon and the mechanical Demogorgon are basically on the same level, but if the mechanical Demogorgon uses a large enough mechanical army or gets close enough, the psychic Demogorgon can only get beaten.
Demogorgon Pugilist is the weakest overall, even after learning the purifying flames, its speed was inferior to Esper's, and the others wouldn't let it get close enough for Demogorgon Pugilist to become a clear threat.
This was a common problem for the Pugilists, they were the class with the strongest physique, but also, for that reason, the easiest class to deal with.
In the end, even though Demogorgon Pugilist was weaker than the other four in terms of combat against other Supers, his characteristics such as damage absorption and spatial acceleration made him incredibly dangerous, each of them was enough to lead with a peak Grade A.
In the end, Ringo was very pleased with his creation.
However, as Ringo moved forward, the universe did not stop moving because of him, enough time passed for an event he had forgotten to happen.
On planet Aquamarine, the players were excited once again, the first season of the official Galaxy league was about to begin.
