Sayami nodded as she slit her own wrist. With precise control, she shaped the blood mid-air... forming a perfect circle on the ground, then inscribing a triangle within it. She took only a single drop of Minato's blood from the vial and brought it to her tongue. The moment she licked it, her body transformed. Her skin turned pitch black, overlaid with stark white stripes as power surged through her as the blood cursed technique awakened.
"Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood"
She prepared to etch the plan Mr.Bee told onto her right hand. But Bee stepped forward abruptly, his large hand gently but firmly stopping her. "Not the right hand. He had a prosthetic right arm... likely from the Boss Raikage's trick. Do it on your left hand or wait... let me handle, I will try not to hurt you."
"No… I will do it. I will make sure it hurts him so much he will never think of hurting my comrades again." Her voice was a venomous mumble as her eyes blazed with the black-and-white transformation.
"I cannot agree to that. You are no longer just from the Chinoike clan. You are a member of Kumo. Though you and Yushiro don't know it yet, your leader, En Oyashiro, has sworn allegiance to us. And I can't have you hurt yourself too much."
"Tch… Fine." She snatched the pencil Bee handed her without another word. With deliberate strokes, she began digging on her flesh. A low grunt left her mouth as the technique activated, the curse threading across distances through blood resonance. She could imagine a distant echo of agony that would bloom in her target's body.

On the other side, in the heart of Konohagakure, the Hokage's office was packed to brim as clan heads filled the room: Fugaku Uchiha with his sharingan glinting coldly, the Hiashi Hyuga with his pale eyes assessing every detail, the Shikaku Nara leaning back in silence, Inoichi Yamanaka was eyeing the hostage beside Lady Tsunade, Choza Akimichi munched discreetly on snacks, Tsume Inuzuka with a ninken at her side, the interim Aburame head after Shibi's death at Pakura's hands, and the interim Sarutobi leader stepping in after Hiruzen's passing.
Minato Namikaze stood monotonous as he watched at the man in the center Hokage Danzo. And there was the hostage... the captured kid from Kumo whose very presence had sparked this emergency council. The two elders were also quietly sitting on either side of Danzo.
The air was filled with tension. Hyuga, Nara, Yamanaka and the Akimichi clans leaned hard toward extracting information quickly without harming and exchanging the prisoner for the Nine-Tails jinchuriki, arguing that time was a luxury they couldn't afford. "We cannot risk Konoha's safety any longer," the Hyuga head insisted, voice clipped. "This hostage is our only leverage."
Conversely, the Uchiha, Inuzuka, Aburame, and Sarutobi factions pushed for restraint. "We need to keep him back in Konoha as Lady Tsunade said as he is the Grandson of the Raikage we will benefit from holding him longer," Tsume Inuzuka growled. "Probe Kumo slowly. There's no guarantee they'll return our jinchuriki fairly or we don't know what was already done to her. We'd lose both the hostage and the bijuu if dealt leniently."
Danzo Shimura sitting on the Hokage's chair found himself comforted by soft cushion, listening to it all with feigned patience. The clan heads' points meant little to him; his goals were far more singular. He turned to Inoichi Yamanaka, his eyes sharp. "What were you able to read from the hostage's mind?"
Inoichi's expression was grim. "His mind is protected by dozens of genjutsu layers. It will take at least two days to breach safely and read his thoughts. If I torture him, I can extract everything in a day… but the safe exchange would collapse. He'd be left in a vegetative state without being able to move."
Danzo's mind raced ahead. "The Nine-Tails jinchuriki was paramount... with or without this hostage. If he could pinpoint the Kushina's location, even better. He had already heard Tsunade's reports: the Raikage had grown monstrously stronger, and a new kage-level threat called Benihime loomed. But none of that mattered once he secured the Two-Tails. Let's see how they react then," he thought as he laugh inwardly. "Would they still value this hostage kid over their jinchuriki? I can't wait to see their fallout."
As Danzo opened his mouth to order the accelerated extraction... consequences to the hostage be damned... a sudden cry made everyone turn their heads to the source of the sound.
Minato shouted, clutching his left arm as a stinging pain struck through it like liquid fire injected into his veins. Blood droplets splattered onto the polished wooden floor of the Hokage's council chamber. The faint kanji began to etch themselves across his skin.
Tsunade, seated at his right, reacted first she moved forward as green chakra already blooming at her fingertips, ready to knit the wound before it could fester. But Minato's voice cut through his haze of agonizing pain. "Wait," he gasped, his blue eyes narrowing as he stared at the forming readable symbols. "There's... something appearing. Kanji. It's not just injury... It's a message."
Kaien also saw what was happening and sighed with satisfaction. His dark eyes flickered with a mix of amusement and exhaustion as the gambit finally paid off. Uncle Bee finally made it."Minato, Did you forget the time when I said we can kill you anytime?" he murmured, his voice loud enough for the entire council to hear. "This is just a preview. It isn't difficult to just kill you... Now shall we discuss business."
Minato's mind reeled, as it went back to the earlier confrontation on the battlefield, where Kaien said to Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails jinchuriki, and uttered about cursing him with his blood. It had seemed like foolish bravado then, a desperate bid from a hostage.
The pain intensified as the kanji continued to reach his forearms from his hand, starting at his forearms. Minato's breath hitched; it wasn't the physical torment that clawed at him though that was excruciating enough... it was the uncertainty. The symbols appearance slowed, then stopped, granting a fleeting reprieve as the burning subsided into a dull throb. He allowed himself a shallow exhale letting his muscles relax.
But the moment he relaxed, the agony reignited, fresh kanji started again. It was insidious, this technique... designed not just to maim but to haunt. It could strike anytime: during a high-stakes mission when his focus meant survival for his team, in the dead of night while he slept. For the first time, Minato felt true fear not for his own life, which he had wagered countless times for Konoha, but for the future he hadn't yet claimed losing everything before he could even hold Kushina again, it hollowed him out. Blood dripped more profusely now, pooling on the floor in dark rivulets.

A/N: Minato relaxing only to realize a harder pain suddenly appearing, was very fun to write. This technique can be used to taunt psychological if the information of the technique is unknown.

"Uncle Bee, it is fine," Kaien said steadily. "Collect that blood of Minato from your swords and go meet Captain. He is ten kilometers from here at the Valley of Hell."
Then he turned his gaze directly toward Minato.
"You are risking war by capturing me, since you know that I am the real grandson of the Raikage." Kaien continued. "Kumo suffered minor losses last war. Your village has not recovered. And what of Suna? I heard you are having trouble there as well."
