Cell froze for a moment, his eyes narrowing in disbelief. "Huh!? My Death Beam—he absorbed it!?"
Rudra smirked, raising his hand as the same Death Beam began to gather in his palm—but this time, its size had grown a hundredfold. "What's wrong, Cell? Shocked, aren't you!?"
With a sharp motion, Rudra hurled the massive beam toward Cell. The explosion tore through the landscape, a wave of crimson energy engulfing the sky. Cell's scream echoed through the ruined wasteland as the blast obliterated his lower body completely.
Trunks and Gohan's eyes widened in astonishment. For a fleeting moment, they believed it was over. "He did it!" Gohan gasped.
But that hope vanished as quickly as it appeared. The smoldering smoke cleared—and Cell's grotesque form began to regenerate. Veins reconnected, muscles reformed, and within seconds, he stood whole again, smiling wickedly.
Cell laughed darkly, "What happened? Surprised? I possess Piccolo's regenerative ability, courtesy of the Namekians themselves!"
Trunks and Gohan's faces drained of color. "No way… how is that possible!?" Trunks muttered in disbelief.
Rudra's expression hardened. "Hmph! So what if you can regenerate? I'll still make your grave right here and now."
Inside, Rudra's thoughts raced with calm calculation.
Cell thinks I'm caught off guard… but he doesn't realize—I've read the entire story before. I already knew he had every Z Fighter's power and every one of their techniques.
That's why, when I had a chance to ask Porunga for a wish, I asked him for regeneration ability.
He glanced back at Trunks and Gohan, who stood ready behind him. And as for them… they're not the real ones.
They're distractions—created using my Creation Ability, infused with Namekian magic. These clones share the real Trunks and Gohan's consciousness, linked through energy resonance. The true Trunks and Gohan are currently inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
These clones can act exactly like the originals for one hour. After that, they'll disappear—and I'll escape once my part is done. For now, they'll handle the Androids…
After all, the Time Chamber only allows two people at a time. I can't go in with them, so I'll buy the time they need.
Rudra slowly closed his eyes, centering his focus. His breathing deepened. The air around him began to vibrate, pebbles lifting from the shattered ground.
"MULĀDHĀRA… State."
When his eyes opened again, they glowed an intense crimson. His entire aura shifted.
Rudra's black hair grew longer, flowing wildly behind him. Dark red energy flared from his body like a storm. His irises glowed beneath streaks of red markings that appeared beneath his eyes. On his forehead, the Root Chakra symbol blazed to life, burning like molten light. The same symbol appeared near his navel, pulsating with every heartbeat—its scarlet aura spreading outward in rhythmic waves.
"CHAKRA KAVACH!"
The words boomed like thunder. A shimmering red shield of chakra surrounded Rudra, wrapping his body in glowing armor that radiated divine energy.
The clones of Trunks and Gohan stared in awe.
"Wow… I've never seen you like this before!" Gohan gasped, eyes wide.
Trunks clenched his fists, smiling. "This is insane… he's not the same Rudra anymore."
But high above, hidden in the shadows of a ruined skyscraper, Dr. Gero was trembling with fury. His red cybernetic eyes glowed hotter than ever.
"You worthless fool, Rudra!" he shouted, slamming his metallic hand against the wall. "You were hiding your true power from me all this time!? Android 17! Android 18! Go! Kill him!"
Without hesitation, Android 17 and 18 took to the air. Their auras flared as they darted toward Rudra like twin comets.
But before they could reach him, two blurs intercepted them midair—Trunks and Gohan's clones. The impact of their collision sent shockwaves tearing through the clouds.
Gohan's clone smirked, his golden aura sparking. "We're your opponents."
Trunks' clone, gripping his sword tightly, added with a grin, "Don't even think about getting past us."
