Flapping his massive dragon wings, Cassian lunged at the speed of light to pierce Veviron's scaly chest. His black sword cleaving through the air was radiating death.


But at that moment, Veviron's eyes shifted away from Cryomara for a brief second and locked directly onto this tiny yet deadly dark speck approaching him.


A roaring, pure, and destructive surge of lightning from the massive body of the dragon instantly targeted Cassian.


Cassian tried to dodge these colossal pillars of lightning by weaving through the air. Every single bolt burned the air around him and scorched his skin. Barely escaping by a hair, he managed to enter Veviron's range.


Sensing Cassian's presence, Cryomara felt relieved as the burden on him lightened for a moment. But this relief quickly gave way to an unprecedented, savage aggression.
