Withering Grove. I had never heard of this place before. For real, I had only explored a quarter of the Green Moss pack house, and even that one-fourth wasn't all the important places.
This Withering Grove was another part of the Gray Pine, and I could bet it wasn't on the map. At least, not what I was staring at. Another weird thing was that everything on the map changed entirely. No river. No rocks. No fucking landmarks. Just ruins.
I glanced at Sophia, who was still muttering to herself, waving the paper in front of her. "Who gave you this?"
I reckoned someone had done this on purpose. One of the girls, maybe. Cassie had complimented Sophia, and even though I wouldn't admit the fact that she was smart, she did manage to interpret the map as best as she could. However, her smartness got us to this place.
Sophia looked up at me, her brows creased in concentration, like she was trying to recollect who did. But she shook her head, giving me a blank stare.
