Willow let out a long sigh and pressed her palm against Ezrik's cheek, pushing his face aside.
"Why would I go to a party with you?"
Ezrik actually looked surprised for a second but then he laughed, low and amused, before leaning back against the tree. His emerald eyes gleamed with mischief and something that looked dangerously close to genuine interest.
"Because," he said, flicking ash from his cigarette, "it's the biggest party of the week. All the important and popular students of Nexus will be there. Well, except Navian. Not that he's important, but you get what I mean."
Willow frowned, crossing her arms over her chest. "So, you want us to go there together and announce that we're dating?"
"I want to go there and show off my girlfriend." Ezrik grinned, his ringed fingers spinning the dying cigarette. "Is that such a bad thing? Or do you really want it to stay just a rumor?"
Willow gritted her teeth. "It's fake, Ezrik."
