A middle-aged man dressed in luxurious robes—his eyes weary, his figure slightly plump—sat quietly reading a book in his hands.
As he turned the pages from time to time, his mood rose and fell with the events in the story.
After a long while, he let out a long sigh, set the book down, and remarked with emotion, "What Hakuyo has done—this is how a true man should act."
To think there were so many beauties among the ninja… perhaps I, too, can follow Hakuyo's example.
With such thoughts in mind, the middle-aged man waved his hand. An officer adorned with ceremonial accessories immediately stepped forward.
"Daimyō, what are your orders?" he asked.

"This is a letter written by Konoha's Special Advisor and approved by the Hokage. Please receive the decree, my lord."
"What did you say? Receive the decree?" Everyone present—including the daimyō—froze.

Between heaven and earth there is hierarchy, the strong and the weak. Now there are ants who, clinging to their so-called bloodline, dare defy the natural order and defile human ethics. Their crimes are countless; their wickedness shakes the very foundation of the nation.
Fortunately, in my great mercy, I shall guide you onto the correct path…"
The entire letter ran on for several hundred characters. Its general meaning:
Konoha has changed dynasties; things are no longer what they were.You insects who have no strength are unworthy of your positions.Here is your way out: immediately surrender half of your national treasury and relocate one city's population to Konoha.Otherwise… don't blame me for not warning you.
Because it was an official document, Hakuyo didn't directly curse them with words like "idiot."But phrases like "ants," "wicked," and "defiling human ethics" were no different from pointing at the daimyō's nose and cursing him out.
For a moment, the entire hall fell silent.Only Kakashi's voice echoed as he read the edict—like performing a solo comedy act.
Everyone wondered whether they were hallucinating.The ancestral laws were immutable—yet these ninja dared to commit insubordination?The heavens had been overturned!
"…That's the general content," Kakashi finally concluded.
After finishing the reading, Kakashi coughed awkwardly. "In any case, my mission of delivering the letter is complete. If the terms are not met within three days, the one who comes next… won't be me."
The daimyō did not reply.He was so furious he couldn't speak—his trembling finger simply pointed at Kakashi.
"Traitor! Villain! Rebel! Guards, seize this renegade at once!" the minister roared.
But Kakashi's figure flickered—and vanished.The grand hall instantly became empty.

A day later, Kakashi returned to Konoha and headed to the Uchiha compound to report.
Hakuyo lay sideways against the wall—he disliked sitting formally. Orochimaru and Sasuke sat to either side of him.
"The message was delivered? What did they say?" Hakuyo asked.
"As expected, they refused. They tried to attack me, so I left," Kakashi answered.
"So they not only refuse to surrender but even dare to strike back?" Hakuyo asked lazily.
Kakashi hesitated. "…That's one way of putting it."
"Alright, then send a jōnin over and beat them into submission."
Kakashi blinked. "You're not going yourself?"
"A bunch of samurai who aren't even ninja?What level do you think they are, to deserve me taking action? Kamijin."
Hakuyo rolled his eyes, then tossed several letters in front of Kakashi.
"These are the ones barely worth my time."
Kakashi focused his gaze. Each envelope had an address—each one sent to the other major hidden villages.
"What are these?" he asked.
"Asking Konoha to hand me over," Hakuyo said casually. "Claiming that my existence seriously threatens inter-village harmony. That in order for the women of each nation to feel safe walking the streets, I must be surrendered and executed."
After all, the "Silver Sect" that rampaged in the Prophecy Book didn't ravage only Konoha—other villages also trembled at the mention of Hakuyo.
What was his nickname again in other villages? "The Silver Wolf of Konoha," or something like that.Anyway, his reputation was already in ruins.
Kakashi stared speechlessly at the letters. The intelligence divisions of those villages were a few days behind—they still didn't know about Hakuyo's combat prowess. Unfortunate.

"What is this?" Sasuke asked, startled.
"Pym Particles. After using it, your body can enlarge and your strength will increase. With this, you can deal with most enemies. Just make sure you're not ambushed—if you die, I can't cross worlds to save you."
