Chapter 130 - Chapter 130: Clash with the Ultimate Bio-Weapon—Leviathan

It was a small mercy the Lion King Organization had kept clear of this mess. If they'd gotten involved, knowing Shuo's temperament, there might not be a Lion King Organization left to speak of.

Yukina, Kanon, and the others exchanged glances, relief flooding their faces. But the moment was shattered as Itogami Island began to quake violently.

From the depths of the far ocean, a monstrous aura surged—so powerful, it made even seasoned warriors blanch. Shuo's eyes narrowed. This pressure… it was stronger than the Forgotten War King. Unbelievable.

Leviathan. The Taishi Bureau must have awakened it.

No time for hesitation. Shuo wiped out the last of the attackers with a flicker of cold magic, then turned to the girls.

"Leviathan may have awakened. I need to handle it. Stay inside the castle—no one can breach these walls."

"Be careful!"

Worry etched every face, but they trusted him.

Once the girls retreated, Shuo cast a final, icy glance toward the Taishi Bureau, then vanished.

"R-report!"

"Massive biological energy signature detected—east of Itogami Island!"

"It's coming straight for us!"

The fleet patrolling Itogami's waters erupted into chaos. The captain shoved aside his sensor officer, staring at the data himself. His face drained of blood as the readings spiked—energy off the charts, size beyond radar's limits.

Whatever was coming, it was no ordinary beast. And it was charging straight for the fleet—and the island.

Terror swept the decks. In the distance, a tsunami—ten thousand meters high—raced toward them, blotting out the horizon.

There was nowhere to run. The crew squeezed their eyes shut, bracing for annihilation.

But death didn't come.

After a long, tense silence, the tsunami still hadn't struck. Confusion rippled through the fleet.

A young, unhurried voice cut through the quiet:

"Don't just stand there. If you want to live, get as far from here as you can."

Eyes snapped open. The crew gawked at the impossible sight before them—the monstrous wave had frozen mid-surge, transformed into a mountain of ice.

Someone swallowed hard.

"That thing's about to arrive. If you stick around, you'll get caught in the crossfire."

The captain twisted around, searching for the source. High above, a lone figure hovered—Shuo, looking down with a mix of exasperation and command.

Gratitude flickered across the captain's face. He barked orders, and the fleet hastily retreated.

Crew members stared at Shuo, awe and relief mingling in their eyes. They'd been ready to die beneath the waves, but Shuo had handed them a miracle.

When the last ship pulled away, Shuo turned his attention to the frozen tsunami. Leviathan was coming.

A guttural roar rolled across the ocean, shaking the very surface. The mountain of ice shattered. From the ruins, a leviathan emerged—its titanic body bristling with weapons, every inch armored in magical barriers.

Leviathan. The ultimate bio-weapon from myth. Four thousand meters long, a living arsenal—magical cannons, bio-torpedoes, anti-ship missiles, all humming with destructive energy.

It had slumbered in the abyss for centuries, harmless unless provoked. But the Taishi Bureau, desperate to annihilate Itogami Island and kill Asagi, had woken it—unleashing a disaster.

A cold fury burned in Shuo's eyes.

When I'm done with Leviathan, the Taishi Bureau and every cockroach hiding behind them are next.

He turned his gaze to the beast, awe and challenge mingling.

No wonder they call it the ultimate weapon. Just the sheer size is enough to crush hope. When I fought Yamata-no-Orochi, my full-powered Susanoo barely reached a thousand meters. Leviathan dwarfs that at four thousand.

But Shuo was undaunted.

He activated his Rinnegan, summoning Perfect Susanoo. With his current magic reserves, he could have called forth a giant ten thousand meters tall, but instead, he matched Leviathan's scale—four thousand meters, eye to eye.

Susanoo materialized in full glory, its sword crackling with lightning. Shuo locked eyes with Leviathan; the beast's gaze burned back at him.

Susanoo's blade swung—augmented with thunder magic—a colossal arc slashing through the air toward Leviathan. Purple lightning exploded outward, engulfing the monster, eating away at its armored flesh.

Sensing mortal danger, Leviathan's magical cannons powered up, dozens of barrels glowing. Its maw opened, unleashing a beam of destructive energy.

The two attacks collided. Light blazed, energies entwined, the ocean itself recoiling from the force. Every living thing nearby was obliterated.

"DXD: Multiverse Journey"BOOM!

The detonation echoed across Itogami Island, shaking the hearts of everyone within earshot.

As the steam cleared, Leviathan's body was riddled with cracks, sections blackened and charred. The so-called ultimate weapon was battered and bleeding from a single strike.

Leviathan howled in agony—but even as it screamed, its wounds began to knit themselves together, healing with unnatural speed.
