Chapter 131 - 《DXD: Multiverse Journey》Chapter 131: Leviathan and the Taishi Bureau—Erased, and the World Stands Still

Leviathan's wounds were already knitting together, scales regenerating with unnatural speed. Shuo's eyes gleamed.

"Oh? Self-healing, too? Now that's impressive. The ultimate bio-weapon of legend lives up to its name."

But he wasn't about to let the monster recover. With ruthless precision, Shuo pressed the attack—Susanoo's four swords whirling so fast they blurred, each strike thunderous. Lightning and hurricanes, summoned by his Sky Authority, hammered Leviathan from every direction.

The beast's defenses crumbled. Its barriers flickered, then shattered. It was losing the fight, and it knew it.

Shuo shifted into Mage Mode, his power surging, words of command amplifying every spell. Susanoo's swords and the floating treasures of the Gate of Babylon blazed with new strength, their combined force far beyond anything Leviathan had faced.

The final blow landed—a storm of sword and spell. Leviathan let out a last, defiant roar, then dissolved into pure light, vanishing from the world.

Shuo made sure there would be no second coming. He invoked Collapse, erasing every trace, every atom, until not even dust remained.

Itogami Island's crisis was over. But Shuo didn't pause to celebrate. He was already headed for the Taishi Bureau.

He'd tolerated their scheming long enough. Today, he would end it.

At dawn, meteors rained from the sky, smashing the Taishi Bureau's headquarters into rubble. Thunderstorms and hurricanes followed, sweeping the ruins away. By noon, the Bureau had vanished from the map—like it had never existed at all.

He'd held back just enough to spare the innocent—Motoki's grandmother, a Lion King Organization elder, among them. The true architects of the plot—the old hardliners who'd tried to destroy Itogami Island and murder Asagi—were dead. Permanently.

News of the annihilation broke within hours. The world reeled.

The Japanese government raged, vowing vengeance.

"We will not tolerate this. Shuo must die!"

But Natsuki, speaking for Itogami Island, fired back:

"The Taishi Bureau tried to use Leviathan to wipe out our people. Their fate is nothing less than justice."

The world exploded. Itogami Island and the Japanese government were now open enemies; the tension was palpable, every headline dripping with threat.

Then, another bombshell dropped:

Shuo had destroyed the War King Domain—alone.

Disbelief swept through every faction, every government, every Primogenitor.

The Forgotten War King, the elders, the ancient nobles—dead. Slaughtered in their own stronghold.

No one wanted to believe it. But satellite footage, eyewitness accounts, and magical signatures left no room for doubt. Silence fell across the supernatural world.

Shuo had decimated the War King Domain, killed the strongest Primogenitor, and left nothing but ashes.

The Japanese government backpedaled, scrambling for peace.

Suddenly, politicians who'd condemned Shuo were praising him, denouncing the Taishi Bureau's crimes, and begging for reconciliation.

The Lion King Organization's Three Saints publicly pledged their support. Internal opposition vanished overnight.

In the Chaos Realm, the Third Primogenitor—Princess Gajda Kukulkan—was stunned, but more intrigued than afraid.

In the Extinction Dynasty, the Second Primogenitor, Eye of Extinction, was pale as death, panic clawing at his heart.

If even the Forgotten War King fell, and his entire domain was wiped out… am I next?

That night, Shuo returned to the castle. Natsuki was already there, her smile bright as ever.

"Natsuki-chan, did those Itogami Island officials give you any trouble? Want me to go have a little… chat with them?"

Everyone rolled their eyes, groaning in unison.

"Chat? You call that chatting?"

After what he'd done to the War King Domain and the Taishi Bureau, he probably thought 'chatting' meant leveling the island.

They settled onto the sofa, conversation drifting from politics to the surreal events of the week.

"Pfft!"

Natsuki nearly choked on her tea. "Wait—you want to go after the other two Primogenitors now? Are you insane? Why do you keep doing things that scare the hell out of people?"

Shuo just shrugged, a crooked smile on his lips.

"Maybe I've been too soft. If I don't make the world fear me, people will keep coming after you. Power is the only language these bastards understand."

The girls fell silent, the weight of recent days sinking in. The Taishi Bureau, supposed to be defenders of justice, had tried to commit genocide. The Witch Library, the Black Death Emperor faction—everyone seemed to have an angle.

Shuo wasn't just fighting for himself. He was protecting them. And after everything, they couldn't argue—just reminded him to be careful.

He smiled, grateful for their understanding.

Later that night, Shuo set his sights on Sendou Aya, intent on a little mischief. But then he remembered Natsuki—his favorite legal loli. A change of plans.

He crept into her room. She caught him instantly.

"Hmph. Sneaking into a maiden's room—are you a pervert, Shuo?"

Natsuki's glare was pure disgust, but Shuo only grinned, rubbing his chin.

"Come on, Natsuki-chan. You're a twenty-six-year-old legal loli. What's there to be afraid of?"

Her cheeks flushed, eyes darting away. Shuo's grin widened as he closed the distance…

Morning came. Shuo dressed, greeted the girls, and prepared to leave.

"Time to deal with the Second Primogenitor. Let's see what three Black Gift Packages can get me."
