Sang Que felt cramped, her entire body wet and covered with a sticky liquid. The fishy stench, like that of a dead fish, clung to her, causing her stomach to convulse uncontrollably in a bid to vomit.
This convulsion brought Sang Que to consciousness. As soon as she opened her eyes, an exceedingly bloated, white, greasy face resembling that of a giant corpse was right in front of her.
Sang Que's pupils shrank. Something heavy pressed upon her shoulder, another giant head leaned over softly, resting against her shoulder.
Holding her breath, Sang Que forced herself to calm down, realizing she was squashed amidst these giant corpse-like bodies. Despite the darkness, the pale, greasy skins of these bodies emitted a faint green glow, reminiscent of phosphorescence.
Peering through the corpses before her to see the distant scene, even Sang Que, as experienced as she was, couldn't stop her heart from clenching and her spirit from being struck heavily.
