"It's good to see you too, Dad."Jeremiah chuckled awkwardly, flaunting the bottle of wine before the grumpy-looking old man. "Your grandchildren missed you a lot. They wanted to see their grandfather. Didn't you kids?" he flashed them a pleading gaze.
"Of course Dad..." Liana stepped forward holding her breath. "It's good to see you Grandpa." She extended her gloved hands for a handshake.
"Yeah...me too," Lester added with a forced smile.
"get this clowns out of my sight," Collins snapped at his son. "They reek of their mother"s arrogance and foolish pride."
Lester opened his mouth to fire back at the old man, but Jeremiah raised a calming hand, refusing to let anything dampen his moment.
Instead of letting his father ruin the moment with his harsh words, Jeremiah lifted the bottle of wine, presenting it with a flourish.
"I brought you something special," he said. "It is one of the most expensive bottles of wine in the world. You won't find this brand in any market."
