"Consider this your new home. Everyone here will be thrilled to have you," Natasha said to Banner, smiling warmly.
Her short, peach-colored hair swayed gently, adding to her charm.
"Yes," Banner replied, his gaze softening as he looked at Natasha. He'd grown rather fond of S.H.I.E.L.D. during his time there.
Except for that despicable man!
He'd already made up his mind. After officially joining, he would focus solely on his research and have nothing to do with Tao Wen.
If Tao Wen dared to provoke him again, he wouldn't be easy to deal with!
"Widow, good to see you. Congratulations,"
As the two of them were about to enter the building, Tao Wen walked out from the side, smiling as he spoke to them. His gaze lingered especially on Natasha. Last night's experience had left him wanting more.
"Move aside."
Natasha quickly entered the building, with Banner following closely behind. She gave Tao Wen only a graceful back view. She had just brought Banner back to S.H.I.E.L.D. and didn't want him to transform into the Hulk and go berserk.
She understood that although Banner was restraining himself, he couldn't withstand Tao Wen's verbal attacks. They had to stay away from him.
"Natasha, thank you."
Not far after they had walked, Dr. Banner said sincerely to Natasha. He had almost lost control and transformed into the Hulk.
"It's my job. Stay away from him in the future."
Natasha replied coldly. As her gaze shifted, she suddenly felt that Tao Wen seemed familiar, as if she had seen him recently.
"It's been a long time, but why do I feel this way?"
She shook her head and led Banner to Fury.
"So afraid I'll bring it out?"
Watching Natasha and Banner flee, Tao Wen couldn't help but chuckle softly.
But amidst his chuckle, a thought did indeed surface: he hadn't obtained satisfactory fragments from the Hulk, so he could indeed exploit him again.
"Since Banner is already in S.H.I.E.L.D., there will always be a chance to get the remaining fragments. I'll worry about it later."
Tao Wen thought, entering the building.
"Tao!"
Just a few steps after he walked out, a surprised shout suddenly came from behind.
Along with a fragrant breeze, a figure rushed into Tao Wen's arms.
"What? Hill!"
Tao Wen was startled and instinctively wanted to resist. But as he looked down, he saw Hill's familiar face, and a different kind of joy welled up inside him. He instinctively embraced Hill.
"Ah!"
Under the embrace, Hill instantly came to her senses. With a gasp, she let go of Tao Wen and took a step back. A blush bloomed on her cheeks, instantly spreading over her entire face, making the already beautiful Hill even more radiant.
"Tao, I received your text message."
Although Hill was extremely shy, her gaze was exceptionally bold, staring closely at Tao Wen: "Tao, are you planning to go find Director Fury? He's not in the office."
"Welcome back."
Tao Wen was still savoring the surprise Hill had just given him. At that moment, he even wanted to give Hill a hug, but he knew it wasn't appropriate. He smiled and said, "I wasn't planning to look for Director Fury. I was going to continue working in the office."
His gaze lingered on Hill, not moving again.
Today, Hill was different from usual. She wasn't wearing her command uniform, but a black long dress and black high heels. The black dress was exceptionally form-fitting, outlining her curvy figure to the fullest, especially her hot body, which made Tao Wen unable to look away.
What was even more precious was Hill's unique temperament, combined with an intellectual air, transforming her into a top-tier goddess who stirred people's hearts.
Her hair, like a waterfall, cascaded over her shoulders, adding a unique touch of femininity. Her delicate features were adorned with makeup, giving Tao Wen a different kind of stunning beauty.
"Work? It's already after hours."
Hill chuckled softly.
"Huh?"
Tao Wen looked at the clock not far away, a little surprised. It was just past the start of work. He couldn't help but smile sheepishly.
He hadn't paid attention to the time at all.
"Let's go."
Hill approached Tao Wen, her alluring fragrance once again noticeable. She spoke softly to him.
"Go where?" Tao Wen asked instinctively.
"Where do you think?"
Hill glared at Tao Wen, a hint of resentment flickering in her beautiful eyes.
This made Tao Wen feel uneasy. For a moment, he didn't understand what Hill meant, his mind blank.
"Pfft."
Seeing Tao Wen's unique expression, Hill couldn't help but laugh. The hint of resentment she had shown earlier vanished, replaced by a playful pout. "You promised me you'd take me to drink that delicious Happy Soda."
"Of course I haven't forgotten, how could I? I'll make a reservation right away."
Tao Wen immediately understood and said quickly.
He picked up his phone and called the shop owner, ordering some food he thought was good.
"Tao, let's drive. We won't ride the motorcycle today."
Hill gently touched her hair and said to Tao Wen,
"We're not taking a car or a bike this time."
Tao Wen instantly understood. Hill didn't want to mess up her hair, so he smiled.
"How are we getting there then?"
Hill was slightly taken aback. She clearly remembered that there wasn't anything good to eat around here. Was it a taxi?
"The restaurant is private, right over there."
Tao Wen pointed to the high-rise building across the street, a smile on his face. Seeing Hill's surprised expression, he couldn't help but recall his first time eating with Coulson.
The two of them walked along, chatting and laughing, until they arrived at the private restaurant. The owner warmly welcomed them and presented Hill with another amulet.
He then ushered them to their seats.
The food was delicious, as always, authentic and flavorful. Hill couldn't stop praising it, completely immersed in the sea of delicious food. After tasting the specially made Happy Soda, she smiled sweetly.
The two of them ate for a long time, and Hill and Tao Wen chatted about many interesting things, bringing them closer together.
It was just a thin veil, ready to be broken with a touch.
It was already ten o'clock when they returned to the dormitory.
Tao Wen didn't go back to his room. Instead, he sat on the sofa with some anxiety and started browsing Twitter.
Listening to the sound of the shower spraying in the bathroom not far away, a different kind of thought crept into his mind.
He also started to fantasize rapidly in his mind.
Ring! Suddenly, his phone rang. It was an unknown number.
He answered the call directly.
"Are you free?"
A voice, both unfamiliar and familiar, came from the other end of the line.
