There are actually two Barricades in Transformers.
One is an Autobot, and the other is a Decepticon.
The Autobot Barricade is a Jeep Wrangler, a member of the Tune-Up Team, appearing in the Transformers animated series.
The other, the one everyone knows, is Barricade, a Decepticon, a modified Ford Mustang Police Car.
The latter is a Decepticon scout and hunter, inherently evil, but disguised as an enforcer of the law. He often disguises himself as a government representative or symbol, hiding in plain sight.
This guy's hands are connected to his wheels.
When he transforms into vehicle mode, his hands can become sharp steel needles that extend from the hood.
In the original story, Sam was terrified by Barricade's vehicle form, when the steel needles popped out of the headlights, causing him to collapse on the ground, nearly wetting himself.
If Barricade hadn't wanted to get the glasses from Sam, the ones with the location of the Allspark left by his great-grandfather, he would have already turned Sam into a pincushion with steel needles.
However, in this world, Anton's appearance and Langer's invasion made Sector 7 feel threatened, so they took action first and blocked Sam at his doorstep.
Barricade could only follow the network cable to find the person, but unexpectedly ran into Anton and the others who were also looking for Sam, as well as his old friend, Bumblebee from the Autobots.
As a warrior from the planet Cybertron, a thug under Megatron, the relationship between Barricade and the Autobots could definitely be described as "bitter enemies."
Among all the Autobot members, only Optimus Prime, their spiritual leader, earned his respect.

In just a few minutes, two extraterrestrials had appeared before them, far exceeding their expectations.
"Don't worry."
Anton kept a straight face and explained, "Although they're both from the same planet, one is an Autobot and the other is a Decepticon… They're enemies, not allies."
"But they're still aliens. What if they team up against humanity…"
Tom didn't feel reassured by Anton's words; his expression remained filled with worry.
He stared at the two giant Transformers. If Batman wasn't beside him, he would have already pulled out his phone and called the military for backup.
As for Kler, he was even more direct. With lightning speed, he had his phone in hand, ready to press the dial button.
"No need to be nervous."
Anton was inwardly amused, but outwardly calm as he soothed them, "Minister Kler, calling the military now will cause panic in Los Angeles. If you're willing to trust us, you should know that these two aren't a big deal for us."
Kler thought it made sense and silently put his phone back in his pocket, showing his support for the Justice League with his actions.

"Bumblebee, long time no see."
Barricade's low voice rumbled, his crimson optics gleaming with malice. He confronted Bumblebee, a wave of killing intent washing over the scene, instantly dropping the atmosphere to freezing.
The other Sector 7 agents exchanged bewildered glances.
They realized that these two extraterrestrial mechanical beings were not allies, but rather, adversaries.
"Barricade, this isn't where you belong."
Bumblebee's expression turned cold, shedding the friendly demeanor he'd shown Cyborg.
Facing an enemy, Bumblebee didn't flinch, immediately becoming the qualified warrior, exuding an iron-blooded aura.
On the planet Cybertron, Bumblebee was widely recognized as Optimus Prime's successor.
In the original storyline, during the gap between Transformers 3 and Transformers 4, Bumblebee briefly took Optimus Prime's place, serving as the acting commander of the Autobots.
Usually, he was a comedic character, but in critical moments, you could always trust Bumblebee.
"You're wrong; I should be the one saying that."
After saying this, Barricade pushed off the ground, his massive frame, as large as a small mountain, hurtling forward. His hands, with tires wrapped around his wrists, were like claws, and he reached out to grab Bumblebee. Boom! A fierce wind howled.
A figure soared into the air, hovering between Barricade and Bumblebee, blocking Barricade's path.
It was Cyborg.
"Sorry, you two... it seems you overlooked me."
Cyborg's voice rumbled.
In a flash of lightning, facing Barricade's massive hand that was swatting at him like a fly, he raised his hand and unleashed the Sonic Cannon.
Swoosh!!
The terrifying sonic blast hit Barricade.
Boom!!
Barricade's metal chest instantly caved in. The impact sent his enormous body flying several meters, carving a deep furrow in the ground.
The massive explosion startled many people in the surrounding houses.
They rushed to their windows to see what had happened.
Seeing two enormous robots - one standing upright, the other sprawled on the ground.
Floating in mid-air was Cyborg, a member of the Justice League, whose popularity had recently exploded online, second only to Batman.
Everyone was immediately dumbfounded, frozen in place.
Some people pulled out their phones and frantically took pictures; those with the means brought out digital cameras and began filming everything.
At this moment.
The agents of Sector 7 had no time for such trivial matters.
They focused their attention on the aliens in front of them, as well as Cyborg.
The sudden outbreak of fighting was something no one had anticipated.
"Of course."
Cyborg's intervention made them realize that humanity had a strong foundation to stand on when facing powerful, unknown aliens.
"In my opinion, that sentence you just said should have come from me."
Cyborg looked at Bumblebee beside him, his right optic flashing, his tone cold. "This is Earth, a place where humans live..."
"Neither of you should be here!"
As the words left his mouth.
Barricade, who had been sent flying, flipped back to his feet. His body sparked, clearly wounded internally by Cyborg's Sonic Cannon.
"Human, you have angered me."
Barricade immediately targeted Cyborg.
He temporarily ignored his old rival, Bumblebee, and his hands transformed into cannons, aiming at the hovering Cyborg.
He was ready to attack.
Whoosh!
Cyborg didn't give him a chance.
Like a meteor streaking across the sky, shockwaves surged behind him, and air ripples turned into waves of gas that swept forward. In an instant, he was in front of Barricade.
The cannons that Barricade's hands had transformed into hadn't even had the chance to fire.
Both of his arms were ripped off by Cyborg.
Thud! Thud!
An arm dropped to the ground.
Boom!
The shell inside detonated.
Flames erupted at their feet, consuming Barricade's arms and turning them into burning scrap metal in an instant.
Smoke billowed.
Barricade felt a chill, as if his scorching engine had entered a cooling phase.
Across from him, Cyborg's expression was cold and stern. He stood level with Barricade, and though his body was only a tenth of Barricade's size, he exuded an overwhelming sense of superiority.
