Sara looked down at their hands, still clasped around the black card. "I will not use it, even if you've given this to me."
"Why? Don't you love being pampered? I'm spoiling you with money," Luca countered, feigning a deep disappointment. "If you keep refusing like this, then I may feel upset."
"Why would you be upset?" Sara asked, a light of amusement dancing in her eyes. "Shouldn't you be happy that I'm not a spendthrift?" She arched her eyebrow playfully, challenging his unexpected desire to see her use his immense wealth.
"I want you to spend as much as you want on yourself," Luca insisted, his eyes holding hers. "Buy beautiful dresses, glittering jewelry, and eat at the nicest places with me. What's the hesitation? Every woman loves to be pampered by her husband like this."
