Kim was in a room where he was being taken care of after suffering heavy damage.
He lay asleep on a bed, while loud noises came from outside.
When he woke up… nothing had changed.
The fog still filled his eyes.
The moment he regained consciousness, he remembered everything…
His end… what happened… everything.
Suddenly, he rushed forward and activated the Hellflame skill.
Fire and chaos erupted in the place he was in, and panic spread among everyone.
Someone stepped forward, shouting:
"Sir! Sir! The man you brought is causing chaos outside!"
Amon rushed toward Kim in anger:
"You idiot! After waking up from such a long time, you start causing trouble?! I'll kill you!"
From Kim's side…
he couldn't see anything clearly.
"Where am I…? Who are you? If no one tells me—"
Before he could finish, he activated the Chaos skill in his hand:
"I'll destroy all of you!"
But from afar…
a beam shot out and struck Kim, throwing him backward and smashing him through several walls.
Amon shouted loudly:
"You fool! All you're good at is ruin and destruction! Why can't you understand that?!"
Then, in a lower voice… filled with worry:
"Kim… are you okay? Damn it…"
He rushed toward him, trying to help, but Kim violently pushed his hand away.
"Who are you? Are you trying to kill me?"
But Kim was looking in the wrong direction…
not toward Amon.
Amon froze in place, his eyes widening:
"Kim… can you see me? Did you lose your sight? And your memory too?!"
Suddenly, Kim formed a hellish flame in his hand and launched it toward the source of the voice, but Amon rushed in and stood beside him.
"My friend… don't worry, I'm here. You'll be fine… I promise."
A faint tear moved in Kim's eyes…
then he slapped Amon's hand away.
He let out a distorted laugh:
"My friend? Didn't I tell you before…?"
Then he continued mockingly:
"You're definitely Amon… but you don't understand. If we meet in the future… you'll be an enemy on my list."
He fell silent for a moment… then added coldly:
"And now that you're in front of me, don't tell me you're my friend. I told you before… you're just a tool."
He turned his back to him:
"And don't think I'll thank you for saving me. I owe you nothing."
Then he continued as he walked forward:
"So… I'll let you go this time. But don't try to meet me again."
He paused briefly, then said with killing coldness:
"Amon… go to hell."
He took another step… but hit a barrier in front of him and fell.
Amon approached him, but Kim shouted:
"Didn't I tell you to stay away?!"
Amon went silent for a moment… then said in a low voice:
"Why do you hate me… Kim?"
Kim replied calmly and coldly:
"I don't hate you."
His expression changed… becoming sad and miserable:
"I just… never loved you enough to hate you."
Amon's eyes widened in shock.
"You were just someone… to pass the time with. That's all we ever were."
Kim stepped forward, but Amon restrained him with chains of darkness.
"You're lying!" Amon shouted.
"Tell me… what did you see in the future? Why do you want to push me away? Did I hurt you? I swear I won't—"
Kim cut him off:
"I don't hate you because of anything… I just want to leave you. And you should hate me too."
Amon's eyes widened even more.
Kim continued in a sad voice:
"Amon… you got married, didn't you?"
Amon was surprised:
"Yes… but how did you know?"
Kim replied:
"That's something I saw in the future."
Then he said in a deadly calm tone:
"You and she… will die by my hands."
Silence…
"Isn't that enough of a reason to hate me? So… leave me."
He lowered his head slightly:
"I don't know where I am… or what I will do… I'm just moving… until I die."
Then he stared into the void and said in a broken voice:
"How can you call me a friend…?"
He smiled coldly:
"Trash."
His voice trembled slightly…
but his expression remained harsh, as if it didn't belong to him.
He said slowly:
"Amon… listen to me carefully this time… and don't interrupt."
He paused for a moment, then continued:
"You're not special… you never were."
He lowered his head slightly, a faint smile appearing:
"Everything between us… was just wasted time… filling my emptiness… nothing more."
His fingers trembled, but he clenched his fist tightly.
"I used to see you… as someone easy… someone who stayed by my side without asking… without understanding… and that was comforting to me."
He lifted his foggy eyes toward the void:
"But now… even that… I don't need anymore."
Silence…
Then he said coldly:
"Your marriage… your life… your future… mean nothing to me."
He smiled a broken smile:
"And if you die… I won't even remember your name."
His breath stopped for a moment…
then he whispered:
"So… stay away."
He tightened the chains slightly:
"And if you need a reason… consider me the enemy who will take everything from you."
Then he lowered his head:
"Hate me, Amon… that's the best thing you can do for yourself."
But… behind those words…
a tear slipped down in silence.
Then he broke the chains.
Time seemed to pass slowly…
and when Amon's eyes met Kim's face—who wasn't even looking at him—he froze.
He didn't understand…
why all this lying?
Amon's body tensed, and he stepped forward.
"Kim… enough."
He fell silent, then said in a broken voice:
"I'm… not stupid."
He smiled painfully:
"I know you're lying… every word you said… is a lie."
He stepped closer:
"If I was just wasted time… why did you save me? Why did you stay with me? Why were you always the first to come to me?"
He stopped right in front of him:
"I never asked you for anything… no power… nothing… I chose to stay by your side… for you."
His voice trembled… but he continued:
"And even if the future you saw is real… even if you're the one who will kill me…"
He took a deep breath:
"I won't leave you."
A heavy silence fell between them.
Then he said in a pained calm voice:
"If my end is by your side… that's better than leaving you."
He raised his hand slightly… then hesitated:
"You're pushing me away… to protect me… not because you hate me."
He shook his head slowly:
"But I don't want that protection."
He took another step forward:
"I want to stay by your side… even if that becomes the reason for my destruction."
