KAEDYR
It didn't strike me as a surprise to find out that Nara had left. I knew she wouldn't possibly stay in the bedroom, waiting for me like an obedient omega after what I had done. I had also instructed the guards outside the palace not to interfere if she decided to leave. I knew without doubt she would. I also know she isn't going to let what happened slide.
She's definitely going to come back to fight me on it. I was looking forward to that because I wasn't oblivious to my actions. I know I had crossed lines that I shouldn't have but rationality wasn't an option after that stunt she pulled.
It was insanely disrespectful of her to barge into the hall the way she did, disregarding my guests and the importance of the minute I was in. It had taken months of delegations before those commissioners finally agreed to a meeting. Even though the topic of discussion was something that would benefit all parties involved, they had been extremely wary of striking any deal with me.
