Shenhe drew a card in one smooth motion.

A pink-haired girl in a purple coat stood in a ruined city, gazing up at the endless starry sky—lonely and forlorn.
Shenhe examined the card's effect, then looked across at Yun Jin's field. Deciding to face her opponent head-on, she declared calmly:
"I activate [Exosister Martha]'s effect! If there are no monsters on my field, or only Xyz Monsters, I can Special Summon [Exosister Martha] from my hand!"
A soft light enveloped the field as the pink-haired girl descended from the heavens.

At the same time, another girl—this one in a military-green coat, her smile gentle and serene—was Special Summoned from Shenhe's Deck.

"[Exosister Martha]'s effect activates! I Special Summon one [Exosister Elis] from my Deck!"
With two consecutive Special Summons, Shenhe brought forth a pair of sisters.
The crowd erupted in astonishment.
"Whoa! Such beautiful girls!?"
"She just pulled off two Special Summons in a row!"
"That startup speed is insane!"
"Yeah... that's ridiculously fast!"
"Fast, sure… but their ATK is too low!"
"1600 ATK? How's that supposed to stand against Boss Yun's [Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon] with 2500!?"
Amid the murmurs, Shenhe smiled faintly.
"I overlay [Exosister Martha] and [Exosister Elis] to perform an Xyz Summon! Come forth—[Exosister Mikailis]!"
As her voice rang out, [Exosister Martha] and [Exosister Elis], both Level 4 monsters, clasped hands. A dazzling light flared from their forms!
"So this is... an Xyz Summon!"
"Two Level 4 monsters can call forth a Rank 4 Xyz Monster!"
"I wonder if Shenhe's Rank 4 can defeat [Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon]."
The audience watched intently as the radiance took shape.
From the brilliance stepped a golden-haired girl clad in a pure white coat, wielding a sacred light-blade that gleamed with divine power.
