Mi Rae couldn't remember when she'd fallen asleep, only that she'd replied to too many messages before her phone slipped from her hand. She rarely has any messages to reply too before but now, she had a ton and sincerely, she hadn't expected Han Jehoon to send her a lot of messages yesterday.
His text had come last. It was a long apology for Raven's behavior, something about not wanting her first week at Vega to be this chaotic. She'd stared at his long paragraphs of messages until her eyes blurred.
Then Chief Kim had messaged too, asking her to come by his office today to discuss a "possible project" for Han Jehoon. Aren't they treating her like a big manager now. Her whole night had been a knot of faces and explanations.
Morning came with soft light against the curtains. She got up earlier than she meant to, checked her phone again, kinda happy to find no new messages and took a long breath before heading out to pick up Han Jehoon.
