With Malfurion, that troublesome issue, resolved, Nordrassil finally had no second voice.
All Kaldorei gathered around Gale, listening to his commands, and working together to build docks and construct ships.
Nordrassil's plan was too grand, requiring construction piece by piece.
The navy, being of paramount importance, naturally needed the docks to be built first.
The port's name inherited its previous name, Suramar Port.
In Gale's design, Suramar Port would have hundreds of docks of various sizes, capable of simultaneously accommodating several hundred ships.
Due to the underwater ruins, the construction of the docks became very complex.
As soon as the decision to build the port was made, Gale sent Mejia to the seabed.
His heavy body required him to swim, as he automatically sank upon entering the water.
Only when he reached the seabed did Mejia cast a spell to stop himself.
Gale gave Mejia Azshara's tidal scepter, and Mejia controlled the water currents to clear out the ruins on the seabed.
He then needed to continuously blast the seabed with water currents to compact it.
Mejia selected a spell called Rock Armor from the Elemental Spell Codex to reinforce the seabed.
Rock Armor is a relatively basic Earth Element spell that can increase the user's defense.
Although its defensive capability is not strong, it has one advantage: the spell cast is permanent.
That is to say, this spell cannot be used on living beings.
Casting Rock Armor on a living being would cause a Rock Armor to appear on its body.
The Rock Armor would be too heavy, and whether the creature could bear it aside, this Rock Armor completely enveloped the creature, directly cutting off its breathing and sight.
As long as the Rock Armor was not destroyed, the creature would be unable to breathe or see...
At this point, was it a defensive spell or a suicidal spell?
That would be up to individual interpretation.
However, this spell was very effective when used on Stone Giants.
In previous battles, Mages used this spell to heal Stone Giants.
And now, Gale had developed a new use for Rock Armor: reinforcing the seabed.
Because there was only one person, Mejia's speed was a bit slow.
After half a month, he had only completed the seabed reinforcement for one dock.
The rocks excavated by the Earth Elements had already piled up into mountains, and after construction began, they were immediately dumped into the sea.
Mejia stacked the stones together, extending from the original city wall's edge all the way into the sea.
Finally, using spells to solidify these stones, one dock was considered complete.
With the docks in place, Gale began to build shipyards.
The ships built before were too small; they were fine for short voyages or fishing, but lacked sufficient power for long voyages and had small cargo space, unable to carry much in the way of supplies.
Gale planned to build large ships, equipped with powerful crossbows and Mage Towers, with spacious holds that could be used for both commerce and warfare.
The design for the large ships was not yet complete when a group of colossal beings appeared above Nordrassil.
The Dragon Legion had returned.
The four Dragon Kings descended onto Taiannuo's plaza and transformed into human forms.
Gale welcomed them: "Welcome to Nordrassil; from now on, this will be the new capital of the Kaldorei."
Ysera looked at Gale with a complex expression, "We have already heard this news."
Gale's expression remained unchanged; it was clear that Cenarius and Ysera had leaked the information.
However, Gale did not care; he was not very concerned about the power of the Green Dragon; he valued the power of the other three Dragon Legions more.
Alexstrasza said, "Gale, we have roughly ascertained the extent of the disaster, and the situation is not optimistic."
Gale projected a magical map, "Tell me in detail."
"It seems you already have a general understanding."
Alexstrasza waved her hand, making corrections to the projected map.
Gale carefully examined the new map; the situation was much better than he had anticipated.
Similar to the original history, the continent of Kalimdor was torn into four continents and numerous islands.
However, unlike the original history, the four continents were all larger than in the original timeline.
The West Continent, Kalimdor, had an additional strip in the east compared to the world of warcraft map.
Its approximate location was a peninsula extending from Azshara, going south, increasing the territory of Durotar, Dustwallow Marsh, Thousand Needles, and Tanaris.
The Eastern Continent, in the northern Tirisfal Glades, Ghostlands, and western Eversong Woods, also gained a large area, temporarily named Soliden.
The western Silverpine Forest gained a Gale Highland, and Dun Morogh and the northern mountains of Stormwind City did not sink into the sea, remaining part of the Redridge Mountains.
The North Continent, Northrend, gained considerable territory in Borean Tundra, Dragonblight, Grizzly Hills, and southern Howling Fjord, especially the southern Howling Fjord, which extended all the way to the northern mountains of Darkmoon City.
This resulted in the distance between Northrend and the Eastern Continent being very short, reachable by coastal ships.
The South Continent, Pandaria, extended north, connecting with Thunder Isle and Zandalar, increasing its area by more than half.
Although Pandaren Emperor Shao Hao, like in history, used mist to hide Pandaria, preventing the Dragon Legion from observing Pandaria's situation on the world of warcraft map, because the land was connected, the Dragon Legion were still able to locate Pandaria based on Zandalar's direction.
As for the islands, there were far too many more than on the world of warcraft map.
The Broken Isles' area increased by a circle; Aszuna and western Val'sharah gained a large swamp; Val'sharah and northern Highmountain gained a mountain range; eastern Highmountain and Stormheim extended significantly.
Eastern and southern Stormheim gained a woodland.
And in the southern Broken Isles, from the Temple of the Moon fortress to near the Well of Eternity, several hundred islands appeared.
This is also why Gale did not upgrade the Broken Isles to a continent, but with these additional territories and islands, the area of the Broken Isles almost doubled.
The location of Gale's Tower corresponded to Kul Tiras on the world of warcraft map, but its area was more than twice that of Kul Tiras.
It extended east to Vashj'ir, possessing a very large plain.
The once towering mountains also became somewhat shorter.
The message Sethonis sent back indicated that after the earthquake, many ores had become exposed, and Gale's Tower would become the most important ore producing area of the Kaldorei Empire.
The remaining various islands will not be enumerated one by one.
It can be said that these additional lands were all saved by Gale.
Without the pillars of creation and without the arcane gem, these places would have sunk into the sea.
The life, resources, and everything there would have ceased to exist.
And these places will become Gale's next key development areas, especially Vashj'ir.
Gale has already appointed Antaria as the Governor of Vashj'ir and Salador as a Rear Admiral of the Navy, leading the newly formed navy to take over Vashj'ir.
