"Thump!"
Gale struck the eternal spear against the ground, the sound reverberating across the entire battlefield.
He declared loudly, "The Kaldorei Empire has never feared a challenge. I have already killed two of your loa, so I will spare your lives. However, you must return to Gundrak and never step out of it for the rest of your lives."
The Dakari Chieftain looked at Gale in shock, "You want to confine us?"
"Or, I can kill all of you?" Gale asked coldly.
The Dakari Chieftain lowered his head, hiding his resentment.
Seeing that he was still unyielding, Gale rested the eternal spear on his shoulder.
"I don't care what you think. If you can't do it, then I'll kill you and choose an obedient one."
The Dakari Chieftain lowered his head even further, hiding his resentment deeper.
Gale ignored him and looked at the other Drakkari.
"Two hundred years ago, I used magic to kill fifty thousand Drakkari Troll and over a thousand Mammoths. I didn't wipe you out, not because I couldn't, nor because I was merciful! It was because I couldn't be bothered to waste my time. So, all of you, get back to Gundrak and don't let me see you again!"
The Drakkari Troll rose and fled.
As soon as the Drakkari left, a large group of Bearman appeared on the other side of the river. Before the Bearman, Ursoc directly leaped into the river and swam towards the opposite bank.
Seeing this, Gale immediately teleported to the riverbank, activated the Rainbow Bridge, connecting the two sides of the river.
The Bearman looked at the Rainbow Bridge in surprise, then crossed the bridge to the opposite bank.
Ursoc jumped out of the river, shook his body, and dried himself. He came before Gale: "Didn't you march north?"
Gale: "Draksa activated the beacon crystal, so I specifically teleported back."
Ursoc: "You had me worried for nothing. What's the outcome of the battle?"
"Killed two loa!"
Gale casually described the outcome of the battle, then said, "Although I drove the Drakkari back to Gundrak, I'm still worried they might cause trouble. Lord Ursoc, please establish a fortress at the entrance of Gundrak to monitor their every move. If they still don't behave, I will flatten all of Gundrak."
Ursoc quickly agreed, "Your bloodlust is too great. There are many Drakkari children in Gundrak!"
"The safety of Azeroth is at stake. I cannot put the Northern Expeditionary Army in danger just to be benevolent. The Drakkari reproduce too quickly, and if left unchecked, they will eventually become a menace."
Ursoc couldn't argue with him, so he just asked, "Where should the fortress be built?"
Gale summoned a magic map and pointed to the main entrance of Gundrak, "Right here."
Ursoc looked at him in shock, "You're making me a target!"
"That's right!" Gale readily admitted, "I told the Drakkari they cannot step out of Gundrak. I want to see how much patience the Drakkari truly have."
"Becoming your enemy is truly bad luck for eight lifetimes."
Ursoc was not a bleeding heart. The Drakkari Troll and the Bearman had been fighting for tens of thousands of years. If there was an opportunity to deal with them, Ursoc would be happy! The reason he opposed Gale flattening Gundrak was that killing women and children went against a warrior's honor.
So, he immediately bid farewell to Gale and headed straight for the entrance of Gundrak.
On the game map, that was the location of the Light's Hope Chapel. Of course, Gundrak had more than one exit, but the other two exits both led to Grizzly Hills. There, Ursol would lead the Bearman army in defense.
Gale dispatched a team of Mages to help Ursoc build the fortress.
The Drakkari inside Gundrak watched the fortress being built little by little, gnashing their teeth in hatred. However, the lingering power of Gale's easy killing of two loa still awed them.
The Drakkari wanted to seek help from other loa, but the other loa dared not provoke Gale. With Thomas and Akkari utterly destroyed, how could they dare to bother Gale?
Without any other option, the Drakkari could only watch the fortress gradually being completed, temporarily accepting their fate of confinement.
After Ursoc's fortress was built, the Mages returned to Eastmouth Camp.
By this time, Gale had already led his team through the forest north of Dragonblight and entered Storm Peaks.
Odyn had long since arrived here. He had established a camp in Vaquilian and had already begun his assault on Ulduar.
Loken was well prepared. As the King of Wisdom, Loken's wisdom was far superior to Odyn's. As early as when Odyn came to gather intelligence, Loken knew that Odyn would lead an army to attack. Therefore, he had already mustered his forces and prepared for battle. When Odyn was building his camp in Vaquilian, Loken sent a large army to attack Odyn.
Vast war machines, along with the Vrykul coerced by Loken, continuously launched offensives against Vaquilian.
The Vrykul were no match for the Valarjar, but the war machines were something the Valarjar could not deal with. Odyn had no choice but to personally intervene and destroy those war machines.
Loken did not believe this army could defeat Odyn, as Odyn was a Titan Guardian of the same rank as him. Without relying on strategy, he might not even be able to defeat Odyn, so how could mere inanimate objects be a match for Odyn?
So, Loken came up with a very good idea.
He wrote a letter to Torim in Sif's name, telling Torim that if he defeated Odyn, he would resurrect Sif.
Sure enough, the equally foolish Torim believed it. He rode a Proto-Dragon down from Storm Temple, flying straight to Vaquilian, and challenged Odyn.
Odyn looked at Torim in annoyance, "Did you lose your mind again, you fool?"
Torim didn't care what Odyn said. He raised the weapon in his hand and smashed it towards Odyn.
"Feel the storm!"
Odyn raised his hand to block, but lightning struck his face. This greatly angered Odyn. He punched Torim away, then leaped to follow up, pummeling Torim with a flurry of punches and kicks.
"Wake up, you idiot! What on earth made you lose your mind? To wield a warhammer against your own brother!"
Torim blocked left and right, and the power of lightning suddenly erupted, sending Odyn flying.
As the first War General among the Titan Guardian, Torim, though somewhat lacking, still possessed some strength. Especially when he was enraged, his entire body was enveloped in lightning, as if a God of Thunder had descended.
He ran quickly, charging at Odyn.
Odyn shook his head speechlessly and charged towards Torim. He activated the Arcane Energy within him and collided with Torim.
The two Titan Guardian engaged in a fierce battle, and the camp built in Vaquilian instantly turned into ruins. The Valarjar scattered, avoiding being caught in the aftermath of their battle.
Ael looked at the battlefield with concern, instructing Heimdall to watch out for enemies from Ulduar. She flapped her wings and ascended into the sky, flying south.
A few hours later, she landed before Gale: "Your Majesty Gail, please support Odyn. He..."
