The analysis quickly concluded that the Eternal Flame could not only be used for forging but also for enchanting.
Gale collected all the Eternal Flame and stopped working on Fjorne's Anvil. He took out Torim's warhammer, placed it on the anvil, and used the Eternal Flame to temper it.
Then, he added the newly collected Lightning-forged devices and forged them with the Hammer of Kaz'goroth.
Torim's warhammer was originally a thunder-element artifact, imbued with Torim's divine thunder power. Adding the Lightning-forged devices amplified the release of lightning.
The Hammer of Kaz'goroth changed the nature of the warhammer, forging it into a square, short-handled hammer according to Gale's idea.
That's right, Gale forged it in the image of Marvel's Thor's Hammer.
Its name was also Mjolnir.
Soon, the Miao Miao Hammer was successfully forged. Gale swung it around, finding it exceptionally comfortable to wield.
How could it not be comfortable? Gale already had the image of the Miao Miao Hammer in his mind, and both its shape and weight distribution were altered to match Marvel's Thor's Hammer.
The ingenious use of the Hammer of Kaz'goroth was perfectly demonstrated at this moment.
Aiel worriedly said, "Your Majesty Gail, won't reforging Torim's warhammer displease the Ice Vrykul?"
Gale shook his head, "No need to worry about them."
He looked north, "Let's go! We're going to Thunderfall Valley!"
"What are we going there for?" Aiel asked, puzzled.
"To collect lightning!"
Thunderfall Valley was once the battlefield where Torim and Hodir clashed, and even now, it is still filled with a large amount of lightning energy. Any creature that enters there will be attacked by lightning.
Gale raised the Miao Miao Hammer, activated the divine thunder power within it, and attracted all the lightning energy from Thunderfall Valley's lightning.
Countless lightning bolts struck the Miao Miao Hammer, instantly transforming Gale into a lightning ascendant. He was surrounded by lightning, like a Thunder God descended to the world.
Aiel looked at Gale in shock; the modified warhammer was far more powerful than before. If Torim had used this new warhammer, he might have been able to contend with Loken.
Feeling the power in his body, Gale smiled with satisfaction.
After some thought, he chanted a spell towards the Miao Miao Hammer. The Miao Miao Hammer immediately shimmered with magical light, and a mysterious rune appeared on it.
He placed the Miao Miao Hammer on the ground and said to Aiel, "Try it, see if you can pick it up."
Aiel was puzzled. Although the Miao Miao Hammer was an artifact, it was still a hammer and didn't weigh much. How could she not pick it up?
Gale didn't explain, just watched her with a smile.
Aiel landed beside the Miao Miao Hammer and reached out to lift it, but the Miao Miao Hammer remained motionless. Aiel was surprised, tried harder to lift it, but the Miao Miao Hammer still didn't budge. Aiel, not believing it, used all her strength to lift it—
The Miao Miao Hammer still didn't move an inch!
"How is this possible?"
Gale reached out, and the Miao Miao Hammer automatically flew into his hand.
"Only those worthy of it can wield it."
Aiel was impressed but didn't fully understand.
Gale proudly tossed and caught the Miao Miao Hammer, playing with it.
As he was tossing it, he suddenly turned and looked at the distant ice plain. Something was approaching there, seemingly undead.
Aiel followed Gale's gaze, "Huh? It looks like the souls of Vrykul and Earth Spirits. How could they survive in Thunderfall Valley?"
Lightning has extremely strong destructive and purifying effects, and it has a powerful restraining effect on souls. In this regard, it is even stronger than Holy Light. Even someone as strong as Dubrakan returned to the devourer of gods automatically because he feared lightning.
The souls of the Vrykul and Earth Spirits approached, looking at Gale in confusion, "We sense Torim's aura."
Gale shook the Miao Miao Hammer, "This used to be Torim's warhammer!"
He asked, "Are you the Vrykul and Earth Spirits who died in the war between Torim and Hodir?"
The Vrykul said, "We indeed died in that war; we are the Niffenre."
"Niffenre was the predecessor of Dannifernre; it was changed to Dannifernre after that war," Aiel told Gale what she had heard from Dannifernre.
The Earth Spirits said, "We are the Frostborn Dwarves! Of course, it's not wrong for you to call us Earth Spirits."
Gale raised an eyebrow. He was just wondering how to establish contact with the Frostborn Dwarves! The contact had delivered itself right before him.
"Stranger, why do you have Torim's warhammer?"
The Niffenre asked in confusion.
Gale: "Torim, instigated by Loken, fought fiercely with Odyn, and both were ambushed and killed by Loken. Torim's warhammer was something I picked up on the battlefield, and I put some thought into reshaping it like this."
"It's Loken again!" The Niffenre said angrily, "He captured Hodir and still wasn't satisfied; he even killed Torim and Odyn."
"This is truly a disaster!" The Frostborn Dwarves sighed.
Niffenre: "Stranger, Loken's conspiracy must not succeed. When Hodir was captured, his horn was left on the snowy plains. Help me find it and give it to the Niffenre who are still alive."
"Is there no general location?" Aiel asked.
Niffenre shook his head, "I don't know the exact location, but the Niffenre have surely been searching for it over the years. You can find the other Niffenre first; they might have some useful information."
Gale said, "Then do you have any messages to convey to your living kin?"
The Frostborn Dwarves shook their heads, "We are already dead; we should go to where the dead belong."
"If that's the case, then I know a good place to go!" Gale took out the eternal spear, "If you don't mind, shall I send you there?"
"Thank you very much!"
Gale activated the Rainbow Bridge, sending these souls into the Netherworld.
Aiel said, "It seems we're going to Dannifernre!"
"We were going there anyway; it's on the way!"
Gale summoned Dubrakan. Dubrakan was still shaken and reminded him, "When you summon me, don't use lightning."
"No problem!"
Gale readily agreed, mounted him, and went to Dannifernre with Aiel.
King Yokum looked at the "small" Gale, "Did you really kill Fjorne and those Lightning-forged Iron Giants?"
"You can send someone to check!" Gale said calmly.
Aiel: "I can testify, I have been with Your Majesty Gail the whole time."
Yokum nodded, "I believe your assurance. Aiel, I admire you; even after being twisted by Odyn into a Valkyrie, you still maintained your noble character."
Aiel saluted Yokum, then told him about Hodir's Horn.
Yokum said gravely, "Those were indeed our ancestors. We have actually found the horn. However, we cannot blow it."
"Can you take us to see it?"
"Of course!"
Yokum led the two to the mountain on Dannifernre's side, where a horn floated silently in mid-air.
"This is Hodir's Horn. As long as we can blow it, we can regain our confidence and become even stronger!"
As he was speaking to Aiel, he heard a loud sound nearby.
"Whoosh—"
