Author's POV
Connor tried to trip Mara, but Mara was too fast and much more sharp-minded since her transformation. She landed a direct punch in his stomach, the cracking of his bones echoing loudly. Mara smirked.
Mara: Oh, my weakling, you're no match for me.
She used her earth power to restrain Connor in her grip.
Connor: You..!
Before he could finish his sentence, Mara shoved plants into his mouth.
Mara: Nature is beautiful, isn't it?
She smiled while Connor burned the plants with his fire power. Rage burned in him.
Connor: What do you think, foolish girl? I'm a being gifted with the power of fire—I'll burn you until you're nothing but ashes!
Mara made a dramatic pause.
Mara: Oh, help me, I'm so scared.
She smiled innocently.
Mara: Come on, I'm waiting.
Connor unleashed his fire power, but Mara countered it with her own fire power.

On the rooftop Im managed to land his blade into Athènia's stomach, but she sliced his arm in return.
Im: You're fighting a battle already lost.
Athènia: This isn't a battle anymore—it's a war. I've already lost two battles, but the war I will win.
Im: Keep dreaming.
Im attacked Athènia, who retaliated. The sound of their clashing weapons rang clearly through the halls as their auras expanded.

Down below, with Garth
Garth launched a paralysis spell, but Félix dodged.
Félix: Oh, too slow.
Garth: Do you think we're playing, Félix?
Félix: Not at all. I'm just having fun beating you.
Garth: "Fun"? Was it also "fun" torturing your own kind?
Félix: It was very satisfying.
Garth: You're a hybrid and yet you torture others at the side of your pathetic Supreme!!
Félix: Hey, boy! Don't you dare insult my Supreme. Hybrids deserve to die—they're nothing but curses.
Garth: Then so be it, Félix.
He said with a demonic smile.
Garth: I know you're a hybrid, and hybrids are strong. So I won't be holding back my blows.
Horns sprouted from his head. His eyes turned red—proof that he and Blaze were now up front. Half of his face below his nose twisted into Blaze's demonic form. Black wings tore from his back, a tail grew behind him, and his smile turned darker.
Garth: Let the real game begin.
Félix smirked.
Félix: I was waiting for this.
He unleashed his ice powers.
Félix: Unfortunately for you, you're not the only one with power.
Garth: Do you really think you can kill me with just that?
Félix: I'm known for my strength. Even without being a hybrid, I'll defeat you.
Garth smirked slyly. A hybrid can only be killed by another hybrid, he thought. Félix launched a spell, and Garth countered. Another epic duel began.

On the rooftop The battle was equally fierce. They destroyed everything in their path. Im tried to surprise Athènia with his super speed, but to his shock, she was just as fast. Athènia struck his knee, forcing him to the ground, his sword sliding toward the edge of the terrace. He smirked.
Im: You've improved.
Athènia: I didn't spend six months playing with dolls, Im.
Im: But still not vigilant enough.
He struck her hand, sending her weapon plummeting below. Before she could react, Im landed another blow to her stomach, slamming her against a pillar that shattered on impact. The manor shook with the tremor. Downstairs, the ground quaked and Junior fell.
Nevine: Junior!!
Junior: Lis...
He murmured, staring upwards.
Junior: Lis...
Athènia: Jiji...
Junior: Are you alright?
Athènia: I've had better days.
Junior: Get up and beat that bastard.
Athènia: Until I defeat Im, you'll feel my pain.
Junior: Of course, stupid. We're twins.
Athènia: Leave me alone. How am I supposed to focus if you keep distracting me?
She cut off the mental link. Junior sighed.
Asher: Junior, watch out!!
Ten warriors rushed him, sensing his weakness, but suddenly a wall of water rose, shielding Junior and pushing the attackers back violently.
???: Twisted Tornado!
A water tornado swept them away. The caster stepped forward.
Mara, Asher, Garth: Atlas...
Atlas: What, were you planning to fight without me?
He grinned and helped Junior up.
Atlas: You should be more careful, Junior.
Junior: As if I wanted to fall.
He kept looking upward.
Atlas: That was Lis, wasn't it?
Junior sighed.
Junior: I can't afford to cause her more pain.
Garth: Dad!?
Kévin blasted incoming warriors back with a violent gust of wind.
Kévin: Stay alert. More are coming.
More soldiers swarmed in. Mara was thrown violently to the ground.
Connor: See that? Your savior is in danger—maybe she's already dead.
Mara summoned a giant cactus and hurled it at him.
Mara: Athènia isn't weak. When she comes down, your Supreme will already be finished, Connor.
Connor launched a fireball, but Mara countered with fire in one hand and summoned a powerful wind gust behind him with the other.
Mara: To beat fire, you have to play with fire.
The wind engulfed Connor, pulling in the warriors' weapons.

On the terrace Athènia struggled to rise.
{Kora: This guy really is bad news!}
Athènia: We knew that from the start.
Im charged and summoned the Silver Granite. Athènia deflected, but not fully—its sharp edge grazed her stomach painfully.
Im: Checkmate, Athènia.
He hurled her against the wall, which shattered in two. She lay coughing on the ground as Im approached.
Im: You're not that strong, Athènia. Dracos was wrong to sacrifice for you, a weakling. And Tevi as well. They must regret giving their lives for you. What a shame.
He formed an ice sword.
Im: Goodbye, Athènia.
He prepared to strike, but Athènia grabbed the blade, glaring with ferocity.
Athènia: I am not weak.
Suddenly, her other eye turned black as Kora surged forward.
Athènia & Kora: We are not weak!!
She unleashed her crimson emerald power, blasting Im back, though not hard enough to smash him against the wall.
Athènia/Kora: I am the first woman ever born with powers—Jinking STORM!
Im: You're a hybrid!!
Athènia: Not just any hybrid—the daughter of a king and an Alpha. Prepare to die
