Placing his hands on their backs, Yosuke explained,
"I'm going to construct in your bodies the unique chakra pathways of this world. With them, you'll be able to refine chakra and learn this world's ninjutsu."

Hakuji and Gyutaro felt an itching sensation inside their bodies, as though something new had been added.

After a moment, the system notification appeared.
Hakuji and Gyutaro examined themselves, but aside from gaining a new pathway, their power had not increased at all.
Yosuke smiled and explained,
"This only gives you the qualification to learn ninjutsu. For ordinary people, awakening chakra would enhance their physical abilities. But with your current strength, even with chakra, your bodies won't improve. You've merely gained the ability to learn ninjutsu."
Hakuji asked curiously,
"Yōsuke-sama, can you show us some of the ninjutsu you've learned? You explained it, but we can only imagine it now—we have no real concept."
Yosuke felt a little embarrassed.
He hadn't taken ninjutsu seriously at first, so even though he had chakra, he never bothered to study ninjutsu. As a result, he couldn't use a single technique.
But he did have the system.
"System, can the lottery draw ninjutsu from this world?"
[Since the host already has chakra, the system has catalogued this world's ninjutsu. The host may consume lottery chances to draw ninjutsu.]

Along with the ninjutsu, the hand-seal sequences and chakra-flow methods appeared in Yosuke's mind.
After obtaining the techniques, Yosuke began demonstrating for Hakuji and Gyutaro.
He clumsily formed the hand seals and followed the chakra-flow instructions given by the system.
"Water Release! Water Dragon Bullet Technique!"
A stream of water spilled from Yosuke's mouth, forming into a dragon-shaped flow that shot forward.
However, to Yosuke's embarrassment, the "water dragon" was only as thick as an arm—hardly worthy of the name.
Even so, Hakuji and Gyutaro were both fascinated.
Hakuji asked,
"Yosuke-sama, how did you spit out so much water when there isn't any around?"
Gyutaro clapped his hands, suddenly enlightened.
"Maybe it's Lord Yosuke's spit! As expected of Yosuke-sama—spits out so much saliva!"
Yosuke coughed awkwardly.
"This isn't saliva! It's a technique that converts refined chakra into the water nature and releases it. I only just learned this ninjutsu, so its power is weak because I'm not used to it yet."
Gyutaro shook his head disappointedly.
"So Yōsuke-sama actually has something he's not good at… I really thought you could spit out that much saliva."
Yosuke's face darkened.
"Stop obsessing over the saliva!"
He then issued the first missions of the Crow Organization:
"The first mission of the Crow Organization is to locate a shinobi named Orochimaru. He is the one the Priest Master has possessed.
"The second mission is to recruit talented and gifted individuals into the Crow Organization.
"The third mission is to gather valuable ninjutsu.
"We have no formal way to learn ninjutsu, so we must collect techniques ourselves. Because my chakra pathways were constructed by the guardian of this world, I can use all chakra natures. Your pathways were modeled after mine, so you two can also learn and use all chakra natures."
After issuing the missions, Yosuke took a deep breath.
"From this moment on, the three of us will operate separately. Our method of communication remains the same—using demon crows to contact each other."
Hakuji and Gyutaro both nodded.
"Understood!"
They departed to carry out their respective tasks.
Yosuke recalled that during the Nine-Tails' attack five years ago, when he fought Orochimaru, Orochimaru wore a black cloak with red clouds and a ring engraved with the kanji for "Sky."
Such a distinctive outfit was far too conspicuous for a shinobi who is supposed to work from the shadows. Perhaps he could start his investigation from that clue.
And so, Yosuke set off once again.
Time flowed quickly—five years passed in the ninja world.
The Nine-Tails' attack five years earlier had placed the Uchiha clan in an extremely awkward position.
Due to Danzo deliberately spreading the idea that the Sharingan could control the Nine-Tails, villagers began to resent and mistrust the Uchiha.
Danzo, together with Hiruzen Sarutobi, proposed during the village revitalization meeting to relocate the Uchiha to the outskirts of the village, far away from the central district.
Although Uchiha Fugaku opposed it, with the Third Hokage tacitly allowing it, the decision became final.
Meanwhile, Minato's son, Uzumaki Naruto, lived a harsh life in the village.
Also due to Danzo's manipulation, the five-year-old Naruto was regarded by villagers as the embodiment of the Nine-Tails—a demon fox.
Even though Hiruzen tried to dispel the rumors, the seeds of fear and hatred had already been planted. Naruto's situation did not improve; life remained difficult.
Hiruzen did fulfill his promise to Minato by giving Naruto a monthly living allowance—but that was all.
As for Yosuke's disciple, Uchiha Itachi was already ten years old.
With extraordinary talent, Itachi graduated from the Ninja Academy after only one year, at the age of seven.
Now, at just ten years old, he was about to take the Chūnin Exam.
The genius Uchiha Itachi's exam even drew the attention of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, who came to observe.
Hiruzen had long recognized that Itachi was different from other Uchiha. When Itachi graduated, Hiruzen had spoken with him and asked:
"What is the Will of Fire?"
Having adopted Yosuke's ideals, Itachi was out of step with those around him, and had learned how to maintain a façade early on.
"To protect the comrades of the village, to keep them from harm. For the people of the village to have no barriers between them, and to work together for its sake."
Itachi's answer pleased Hiruzen greatly. Believing that Itachi had fully embraced the Will of Fire, he valued him highly.
Therefore, Hiruzen attended today's Chūnin Exam in person.
