"Mr. Yu Jin, where are we going next?" Katheryne followed Yu Jin as he resumed strolling through Mondstadt City.
"Next up are the true juniors. I promised them special gifts earlier," Yu Jin stroked his chin, pondering what to give them.
The previous photos were for everyone, but these special gifts were exclusively for Fischl and Bennett.
"Hmm?" Yu Jin's eyes lit up as some good ideas flashed through his mind.
So, Yu Jin stopped procrastinating and dragged Katheryne, resuming a frantic run through Mondstadt City.
Soon, on a certain street, Yu Jin spotted Bennett and Fischl strolling leisurely.
Due to the Dragon Scourge, the Adventurers' Guild had a pitifully small number of commissions, leaving many Adventurers idle.
And Bennett and Fischl were clearly among them.
"What are you two up to?" Yu Jin walked over and patted Bennett and Fischl on their shoulders.
"Senior? And Miss Katheryne!" Bennett turned his head and shouted in surprise.
"The one who ignites sins, and the attendant who delivers judgment!" Fischl maintained her usual chuunibyou demeanor.
"Senior, and Miss Katheryne, hello," Oz, flying nearby, also nodded and greeted them.
Seeing Yu Jin and Katheryne arrive together, Bennett asked in surprise, "How come Miss Katheryne is with Senior? Could it be a great Adventure!"
"Ahaha, the Sacred Retribution Lightning has begun to surge in my hand. O, sins, let me see them!" Fischl also grew excited.
"My Damselette means she's impatient," Oz explained from the side.
Katheryne smiled and shook her head, saying, "I'm a new Katheryne, you see. The Katheryne at the Adventurers' Guild should still be working. I'm just accompanying Mr. Yu Jin to familiarize myself with Mondstadt."
"Wow! A new Miss Katheryne!" Bennett found it amazing. He had heard that every nation had a Katheryne, but he had only ever seen Mondstadt's. Today, he finally met another one.
"An endless manifestation, hmph, she can contend with this Prinzessin!" Although Fischl spoke thus, the curiosity in her eyes betrayed her.
Yu Jin saw them circling Katheryne, looking from left to right, and said, "Alright, stop looking. Do you remember what I told you before I left?"
"Gifts!"
"Treasures from the depths of the world!"
Bennett and Fischl immediately became expectant. They had long fantasized about Yu Jin's gifts.
"Let's go, out of the city!" Yu Jin looked at the street. This was not a good place to show off his skills.
So he took Bennett and the others out of the city. As for the Dragon Scourge, with Yu Jin present, no one paid it any mind.
In an open space, Yu Jin and the others stopped.
"Good spot!" Yu Jin looked around. It was open and flat, an excellent place to unleash glitches!
Then Yu Jin pulled Fischl forward. Fischl used a bow, so after much thought, Yu Jin could only bring out the legendary forbidden technique to teach her.
"Watch closely, Fischl!" Yu Jin nodded at Fischl, then took out two bows and a crossbow.
The bows were a normal bow and a Dragonslayer Greatbow, and the crossbow was a Repeating Crossbow.
Repeating Crossbow — A weapon used by Slave Knight Gael. Converted into a repeating crossbow for anticipated one-against-many combat.
Having endured endless journeys and battles, it is not only warped in various places but also stained with blood. Due to overuse, it has become very fragile.
Weapon Skill: Rapid Fire — After preparing an attack, it can activate a rapid-fire mechanism, allowing for continuous normal or heavy attacks.
Dragonslayer Greatbow — A greatbow used for Dragonslaying in the Age of Gods. Unnaturally huge for a bow, it possesses abnormally immense power.
When firing, the bow must be fixed to the ground, requiring preparation time and having a long cooldown. It can only fire Greatarrows.
Weapon Skill: Piercing Shot — A Greatarrow fired with increased rotation can pierce through all enemies in its path, dealing DMG.
Yu Jin held a normal bow in his left hand, the Repeating Crossbow in his right, and the Dragonslayer Greatbow was slung on his back.
Then, sparks flew from the Repeating Crossbow in his right hand; its weapon skill was preparing. Immediately after, Yu Jin jumped backward, interrupting the Repeating Crossbow's weapon skill, quickly put it away, and replaced it with the Dragonslayer Greatbow, which was taller than him.
Then, a shocking scene unfolded. The two-meter tall Dragonslayer Greatbow in Yu Jin's right hand, with a string as thick as a finger, began to vibrate wildly.
The steel bowstring of the Dragonslayer Greatbow pulled itself back, and a Golem Greatarrow was nocked.
In a brief moment, the Dragonslayer Greatbow fired dozens of arrows powerful enough to shatter Dragon scales. The entire open space was filled with explosions, and the ground trembled from the ceaseless blasts!
Glitches — Left Bow Machine Gun, a combat skill that utilizes world rules (game bugs). It grants the Greatbow an unparalleled firing rate, a skill that won't cease until one's stamina is depleted.
Of course, Yu Jin could interrupt it. He retracted the Greatbow and looked at the ravaged ground, slightly shocked. Glitches were truly glitches; their power was terrifyingly immense.
"How about it? Want to learn?" Yu Jin looked at Fischl, whose jaw had dropped, and spoke while holding the Greatbow.
Fischl looked at the Greatbow in Yu Jin's hand, which was two heads taller than herself, then at her own fair, tender arms, wondering if it was inappropriate for a Damselette like her to learn this?
"I'll learn!" Fischl immediately responded with excitement. Such a powerful thing, as the Prinzessin of Judgment, she definitely had to learn it!
"Good!" Yu Jin exclaimed, then tossed the Dragonslayer Greatbow and Repeating Crossbow to Fischl.
Although these two items were very precious, they weren't of much use to Yu Jin, at most just toys. But for Fischl, it was different.
Fischl looked at the rusty Dragonslayer Greatbow, lifted it with great effort, and touched its bow body and string.
Then, a grand scene appeared in her mind. A knight in silver armor raised a Greatbow, facing a giant Dragon in the Sky.
Drawing the string, nocking an arrow, and the giant Dragon fell. The miracle of Dragonslaying echoed in Fischl's mind for a long time.
Then she looked at the Repeating Crossbow next to it, its broken body mixed with dark red bloodstains.
Fischl suddenly had a feeling that the crossbow's curvature wasn't because it was broken, but because the time and space of its battleground were curved.
"Alright, stop looking, I'll teach you," Yu Jin patted Fischl's head and began teaching.
When Fischl looked again, the Dragonslayer Greatbow and Repeating Crossbow had become unremarkable.
The residual memories in Gael's weapons were not something Fischl could yet bear.
As someone who fought until the end of time and space, and ultimately devoured the Dark Soul, even a tiny bit of his memory was terrifying enough.
Of course, the same went for Yu Jin.
The Left Bow Glitch was not difficult to learn. The biggest challenge was seamlessly swapping the Repeating Crossbow for the Dragonslayer Greatbow.
However, with the spatial storage inherent to the Vision, this was not difficult. After Yu Jin's guidance, Fischl quickly grasped the essentials.
"Boom, boom, boom!" Three Golem Greatarrows, swirling with storms, flew out, causing a series of violent explosions in the distance.
Fischl, who caused all this, was sprawled on the ground, clutching her right hand. The massive Dragonslayer Greatbow had already been thrown to the ground by her.
It seemed that with Fischl's stamina, three consecutive arrows were her limit. Fischl stood up, clutching her right hand. Although she wasn't drawing the bowstring, the vibration of the Dragonslayer Greatbow when fired still made her right arm incredibly sore.
But it was all worth it. Fischl looked at the three huge craters in the distance. This destructive capability surpassed even a Ruin Guard's volley of missiles.
"Ha! Again!" After a short rest, Fischl got up again and resumed the Left Bow Glitch.
Amidst the booming background sounds, Yu Jin turned and walked over to Bennett. The latter also looked expectant. Fischl's gift was so powerful; his shouldn't be bad either, right?
Meeting Bennett's expectant gaze, Yu Jin pulled out a Straight Sword.
A Straight Sword named the Ringed Knight Straight Sword.
