"M-Me too! I'll fight with everything I've got!" Tatsumi added.
"Really?" Mine shot him a skeptical look.
"I am part of Night Raid, you know!" he protested.
"Funny… wasn't that you enjoying a romantic island date with Esdeath?" Mine teased, crossing her arms.
"W-well, yeah, but that wasn't my choice—!"
"I know," Sheele said softly, stepping forward to hug him. "You didn't have a choice."
Mine pouted but said nothing more.

After Esdeath effortlessly destroyed the giant humanoid Danger Beasts, her "island date" with Tatsumi officially began.
