"Thank you," Sienna Thornton also smiled, polite and courteous, "I don't feel the same way about you, so I won't return the sentiment!"
Simon Forrester understood, his smile faded a bit. He quietly finished his porridge and juice but didn't leave immediately. Instead, he sat in the dining room and chatted with Sienna Thornton for a while.
He asked, "Besides making porridge, what else can you cook?"
"Almost all the everyday dishes."
Simon Forrester was surprised, "What year were you born?"
"1991."
"Twenty-seven?" He laughed, "It's rare to see someone from the 90s who can cook everyday meals."
In his circle, not only those born in the 90s, but even among women from the 80s, there were few who could cook.
Sienna Thornton didn't mind: "A poor man's child becomes independent early. I went out into the world at fifteen, and if I didn't learn some cooking skills, I'd starve."
