On his first day at a new college, Rhys Hayes is kidnapped by a stranger who demands one thing: “Date me for a hundred days.” Seraphine Calder. Beautiful, fearless, and hiding secrets behind every smile. What begins as a strange deal soon turns into a tangled game of power, lies, and emotions neither of them expected. Chapter 1 - i kidnapped WHO!

Rhys wasn't in the best mood as he walked toward his new college. It was his first day, and the thought of adjusting to a new place made him tense. Just before he reached the campus gates, a strange girl appeared out of nowhere. The next thing he knew, everything went pitch black.

He told himself it was probably just another prank—kids targeting newcomers—and didn't even try to resist.

When he opened his eyes, he realized he was still wrapped in the cloth. Before he could process it, someone pulled it away, and he froze. A pair of eyes stared into him, sharp and piercing, like they could devour him whole.

The place around him was unfamiliar—definitely not the college campus.

Not another person trying to kill me, he muttered, frustration creeping in.

Then he heard the voice.

"I told you to bring the good-looking one. Who's this?"

Annoyance dripped from every word. Rhys blinked in confusion. Good-looking one? They're annoyed they brought me? he thought. I mean… I do look good too…

Rhys straightened up, trying to hide his unease. "Uh… me?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "I think you might've gotten the wrong guy."

The person in front of him huffed, crossing their arms. "Wrong guy? Don't lie to me. I asked for the good-looking one, and you…" Their voice trailed off, full of irritation, before they sighed. "Whatever. You'll do, I guess."

Rhys tilted his head, confused. "You guess? That's… comforting?"

The stranger's eyes narrowed. "You have a smart mouth, huh?"

"Only when it's warranted," Rhys replied, smirking despite himself. "And right now, I'm thinking I deserve a better welcome than being wrapped in… whatever this is." He gestured to the cloth still draped around him.

The other person blinked, then let out a sharp laugh, startling him. "Bold, aren't you? I like that. Maybe you're not completely useless."

Rhys' heart raced, part fear, part thrill. Not another killer… probably. Maybe just someone with a very bad attitude.

Those eyes.....
