The lady lifted the blade to her mouth; a thin mist slowly came out of her mouth as she licked the blade. Then she dashed forward, thrusting the blade right for Raze's heart. He stepped back and everything seemed to go in slow motion as he swung his hands up, water forming and splashing right into her eyes.
His actions bought them a split second; it distracted her just enough for Gavin to push forward. He twisted his body, gathering all the force he could and channeling it into his fist. Flames erupted from his fist as he slammed right into the lady's face. BAM!
The punch resounded. He poured every bit of strength he had into that fist, throwing the lady back and onto the ground; she slammed down on the cold floor. The moment she hit the ground, Gavin looked at Raze. They were meant to run, but he saw Raze standing in place, his body covered in flat ice and his breath a shaky cold, yet there was a smile on his face.
