Early Morning – Gojo Residence,
Morning sunlight slowly slipped through the curtains of the guest room.
A gentle breeze moved the thin white drapes, bringing in the cool air of a calm morning.
Inside the room—Marin Kitagawa stood in front of the mirror in nothing else but her underwear!
She had already removed her clothes, placing it neatly on the bed.
Now she was preparing to wear the cosplay costume that Gojo had finished sewing.
The soft morning light illuminated her fair skin as she carefully picked up the costume lying on the bed.
"Alright…Let's do this properly."
She muttered to herself, unable to contain the excitement in her voice.
The costume was a black gothic Lolita-style dress, inspired by the character Shizuku Kuroe from her favorite series.
Marin lifted the dress and slowly began putting it on.
She was unusually careful.
After all—
This outfit had taken Gojo several days to finish!
She didn't want to damage it.
A few minutes later…
She finally finished wearing it.
Marin looked down at herself curiously, adjusting the dress.
Then she tugged slightly at the skirt.
"It feels pretty thick."
She lifted the hem slightly and examined the fabric.
"The material is heavier than I expected…" She said to herself.
That made sense.
For the sake of authentic texture and appearance, Gojo hadn't chosen thin fabric. Instead he used higher-quality, thicker cloth to replicate the original costume design accurately.
Which meant, in simple terms — it looked fantastic.
The only issue being that in summer....it would probably be unbearably hot to wear for a long period of time.
Marin laughed awkwardly. "If I wore this in the middle of summer…I'd probably get heatstroke."
Fortunately—
Although it was already May, the weather today wasn't too hot! She can manage...
The cool morning air made the outfit feel surprisingly comfortable.
In fact—
For a gothic Lolita outfit like this, the temperature was just perfect.
Just as she finished adjusting the skirt—
Knock! Knock!
A voice came from outside the door.
"Marin-san, are you awake?"
It was Gojo Satoru.
Marin quickly responded immediately, "I'm up!"
She hurried across the room barefoot and opened the door.
The moment the door opened—
"..!!!"
She froze for a second.
Standing outside was Gojo Satoru, she was not surprised for this.
But today—
He looked a little different today. Instead of his usual casual clothes (Jujutsu Kaisen Uniform), he was wearing a clean white shirt and dark pants.
His iconic blindfold had been replaced with sleek black sunglasses, that he used sometime during class.
The sunlight from the window reflected off the lenses slightly.
Marin's brown eyes immediately curved into smiling crescents, as she said with a smile, "Gojo-kun! You look really handsome today."
Gojo sighed, "Well, I have no choice. I'm going out to take photos with you. If I dressed normally, people might think I'm secretly taking pictures of girls."
"Hehe"
Marin giggled softly.
She didn't say it out loud—
But she thought to herself:
Then aren't you afraid people will misunderstand and think you're my boyfriend?
Her cheeks turned faintly red just at her own thought.
Gojo didn't seem to have notice the flush on Marin's face as he simply said, "Come on. Let's go to my room. I'll do your makeup."
Marin was just about to nodded when she suddenly remembered something.
"Wait!" Marin exclaimed as if she had just remember something very important. "I haven't put on my colored contact lenses yet!"
Gojo blinked. "Colored contacts?"
"Yes!" Marin nodded quickly, as she began to explain. "My natural eye color is dark brown. The wine-red eyes you usually see are from colored contacts. For cosplay, they're essential!"
{T/N: 😲}
She quickly turned around, walking towards her bag that was on the table besides the bed, as she grabbed a small box from inside the bag.
Inside were her burgundy-colored contact lenses.
Standing in front of the mirror in the black gothic Lolita-style dress, she carefully began putting them in.
Although her movements looked a little clumsy from an outsider point of view, she was actually quite skilled at it.
Within a minute—
Both lenses were in place.
Marin blinked a few times as she stare at her reflection. Her eyes returned to their usual beautiful ruby color.
"Okay!"
She turned toward Gojo with a cheerful smile.
"Let's go, Gojo-kun."
Gojo originally wanted to say the colored lenses weren't necessary.
But seeing her enthusiasm—He decided not to interrupt.
...
Inside Gojo's Room,
They walked down the hallway and entered Gojo's room.
The moment Marin stepped inside—
She froze at the sight of the items.
"Whoa…" Her mouth opened slightly. "So many cosmetics!"
The desk in front of her was covered with various makeup tools.
Foundation.
Eyeshadow palettes.
Brush sets.
Lipsticks.
Eyeliner pens.
False lashes.
Even professional cosmetic lights were there!
Marin covered her mouth in surprise. "Even I don't have this many! And my makeup is usually pretty light!"
Gojo pulled out a tall chair from the side, as he speak in his usual tone. "Stop staring. Come sit."
He patted the chair casually.
Marin nodded her head enthusiastically before she obediently sat down.
She looked into the mirror.
Gojo stood behind her, calmly preparing the makeup tools that he had just bought recently. He glanced at the reference photo on his phone.
"I saw the character design you showed me before. Shizuku Kuroe has a slightly sickly makeup style. A pale look with subtle shadows."
Marin nodded. "That's right."
Gojo picked up a brush. "I'll recreate that with a few changes here and there. Is that okay?"
"No problem!" Marin smiled happily in response.
"Then don't move."
"Got it!"
.....
Till pass slowly, Half an Hour Later.
At first—
Marin had been extremely excited.
But after ten minutes—
Her mouth slowly opened in surprise.
When Gojo finished the final touches—
She stared at herself in the big mirror.
"…Wow." Her voice sounded stunned. "I feel like I'm looking at a real Shizuku Kuroe."
Her face was still the same.
But the makeup seem to have completely changed the atmosphere.
Pale skin with subtle shadows under the eyes.
Soft gothic tones.
The transformation was incredible!
Gojo didn't respond immediately.
Instead he tied Marin's long silky golden hair into a loose ponytail.
Then he carefully wrapped it with a hair net.
Next—He picked up a dark violet wig from the side and gently placed it on her head.
He adjusted the strands carefully.
"There." He stepped back slightly, a slight smile curl up on his face. "Almost done."
Then he picked up another box, before placing it in front of Marin.
"Now change your contact lenses."
Marin blinked. "…What?"
Gojo didn't say anything as he calmly opened the box.
Inside the small box were purple contact lenses.
"I prepared these in advance."
Marin immediately puffed her cheeks.
"If I knew that earlier…I wouldn't have worn my own contacts!"
"Gojo-kun, you're mean!"
Gojo shrugged casually, "You didn't ask."
Marin grumbled quietly while removing her original lenses, she carefully placed them back in the case.
Then—
Gojo picked up special tweezers used for handling contacts.
Marin was about to say that she could do it herself but before she could even begin he had already leaned slightly closer to help.
"..!"
The distance between them suddenly became very small.
Marin could even say anything as she felt his warm breath on her face, her cheeks getting warmer as her eyelashes trembled slightly.
Gojo frowned. "Stop blinking. I can't put them in like that."
He tried several times.
But Marin kept trembling.
After thirty seconds—
He sighed. "I can't find the right angle."
Marin squeezed her hands nervously.
"I—I'm trying…I'm just a little shy…"
Even though they had already kissed (she did it) before—Being this close still made her nervous.
Gojo sighed. "Relax. Take a deep breath."
He demonstrated as he took a deep breath before releasing it, "Like thi—"
But before he could finish—
A soft fragrance suddenly hit him as Marin leaned forward slightly.
Then—
Her soft pink lips gently touched his cheek.
The kiss lasted only a few seconds.
When she pulled back—
She smiled softly, "I'm not shy anymore. Come on, Gojo-kun."
Gojo blinked a little speechless.
Then sighed.
"So I'm the cure for your nervousness?" He muttered sarcastically.
Still—
He calmly finished placing the new lenses before placing the black headband on top of her head.
Marin stood up, turned around, facing the full-length mirror.
As soon as she show her own reflection on the mirror she froze. Her hands covered her mouth.
"AHHH!! Isn't this the real Shizuku Kuroe?!"
In the mirror stood a completely different person.
A beautiful girl wearing a black gothic Lolita dress.
Short dark violet hair.
Beautiful jewel like purple eyes.
With a delicate black headband.
Light transparent lace sleeves.
Her overall aura looked innocent yet mysterious.
Gojo finished packing his makeup tools. "No matter how realistic it looks…It's still you."
Marin laughed happily.
"Hehe."
Then she suddenly turned around, stepped forward and wrapped her arms around Gojo's waist gently.
"Thank you, Gojo-kun!"
Gojo chuckled lightly, "You're welcome. Oh and you've already paid me so don't think about it too much."
Marin blinked.
"Paid you?"
Then—
She suddenly remembered the kiss earlier.
Her face turned bright red again.
"Oh…So that was the payment…" She said softly.
Gojo simply laughed, without any intention to tease her any more.
....
And somewhere in Tokyo—
A volcano-headed curse spirit continued searching for him.
Unaware that the strongest Exorcist was currently very busy.
