As Jinxing finished his explanation, Yunying hummed thoughtfully, tracing lazy circles on his tie. "Mmm… so all that talk about investment, returns, and diversification is good," she said softly "but I have another plan in mind first."
He looked at her, amused. "Oh? And what might that be?"
She leaned back, lips curling into a sly smile. "A tea party."
"A tea party?" he repeated, clearly trying not to laugh.
"Yes," she said firmly, eyes sparkling. "A very elegant one. I want to host something small, refined, something that'll make the right women curious. If I'm going to build a network and expand properly, I can't just sit behind spreadsheets. I have to get into their circle."
"Ah.." Jinxing murmured, nodding as understanding dawned. "So you want to charm the wolves before they bite."
