"You shameless bastard! How dare you!" My father raised his hand to slap me.
I was ready to stop him, but before I could, his hand froze in midair. His eyes widened as he stared at something behind me.
He looked terrified. Confused, I glanced back and saw Viktor standing there, holding Nilo in his arms. Beside him stood my older brother, Devid.
Viktor stepped forward and came to stand beside me, his glare fixed on my father.
"Hey, old man, what's your problem? Why do you always come to bully my hamster?" Viktor said casually.
My father's hand slowly retreated, sweat dripping down his forehead. His face grew pale, and his eyes remained locked on Viktor like he had just seen a ghost.
I looked at Viktor, and at that moment, he turned his head toward me with a smile.
