Ecstasy was what Michael experienced as soon as he received the prompt that he had been waiting for.
At this moment, a huge amount of information appeared in his mind, all related to combat.
At this point, when dealing with the information that had appeared in his mind, Michael felt as though he was experiencing them in real life.
He seemed to be in some kind of illusion, in which, he was training vigorously everyday, while battling different opponents, who fought in their own unique ways.
It was quite a thrilling sensation to experience as Michael could vividly experience his own growth and progress.
This surprised Michael, as he had not experienced something like this during the previous times that he received the information after the progress reached 100%.
And, the amount of information that he received this time was way above the other times that he had received during the previous advancements.
Even though the information was in a large quantity, Michael only felt slightly uncomfortable, unlike the times that he experienced a headache.
Everything happened in a flash as within just a moment, Michael felt as though he had completely digested everything that had been dumped into his mind.
At the same time, he felt that there was an energy that had appeared within his body, and slowly, it began sinking into his muscles, bones and other organs, strengthening them.
And as they were strengthened, so did his physique and strength improve. This process took a little while to be completed, unlike the processing of the information.
After everything was done, Michael could not help but feel relieved. All the pressure that he had been experiencing recently, he felt all of it vanish.
The pressure that he was having was coming from Daniel and the gang behind him. But now, the pressure completely disappeared.
First of all, the advanced level of the combat skills matched a person who had been training for about 20 years.
This was not the casual training that a person would do, skipping some days to take a break and so on. Instead, it was a daily practice routine that lasted for 20 years.
Additionally, within this 20 years, apart from just training the body, the person had to engage in continuous battles, and each battle was always a fight to the death.
For that reason, his instincts were honed to a great extent, and, his ability to detect danger had also been increased by quite a considerable margin.
It was also at this point that Michael began understanding why, possessing advanced level combat skills allowed someone to be able to disarm an opponent who was having a weapon.
But of course, if it was an opponent who was at the same level, advanced level, it would be nearly impossible to disarm them. So, this only worked on those that had a lower level of skill.
But even then, it was amazing. This was not something that just anyone could do, as some people, who might be strong when it came to unarmed combat, might not have the courage to face someone who was armed but with lower skill levels than themselves.
Second, the reason why Michael did not feel any pressure at the moment was the SP that he had obtained.
With the advancement of this skill to the advanced level, Michael had gained 1,000 SP.
Now, the total SP that he had was 1024.975, and if it was converted into cash, it would be over $102 million!
With this amount of money, if Michael decided to settle within this city, he would be the richest person.
But of course, Michael did not have any intention of staying here now. After all, he could buy shares of a company that had great influence, and with that, his influence would also be boosted.

But another concern was that, why was it that the amount of SP that could be gained by advancing a skill from the advanced level to the expert level was only 5,000?
That was only a five-fold increase, which was way low as compared to the hundred-fold increase that was brought about during the advancement from the intermediate to the advanced level.
Could it be that, it was not that much difficult to be able to advance a skill from the advanced level to the expert level? Maybe, the only limitation was the so-called conditions that needed to be fulfilled?
Michael thought for quite a while, but in the end, the system did not respond to him, and neither could he come up with a reasonable reason as to why this was the case.

Simply put, it was as though the orphanage was a breeding ground for the shadow assembly gang, where they could get resources to sell, and get free labor.
One might wonder, why was this place never reported to the government? After all, this was an abuse of children rights and human rights as well. After all, selling the ladies was human trafficking.
But consider, what city was this? And, the rate of corruption within this city was high, with the gangs holding the majority of the power. The police and other government offices within the city, they were mostly just for show.
