Chapter 56 - Chapter 58: Monsters

Although the gap between me and Tōsaka Tokiomi is still quite large, I should be stronger than before...

"Alright, let's go, Kariya! I don't need to tell you what to do, do I?" Ryougi Raku turned to look into Matō Kariya's eyes as he spoke.

"Of course not, Master; I know what to do!" Flames burned fiercely in Matō Kariya's eyes.

"Excellent! Then go!"

"Yes!" Matō Kariya turned and left after speaking.

After Matō Kariya left, Ryougi Raku said to Lancer, "Let's go too, Lancer!"

"Yes, Master!" Lancer bowed his head and replied respectfully...

By the river, Saber drove the car at top speed.

A thick fog hung over the river, but it was nothing to Saber; she saw through the mist at a glance and found the enemy's location.

"It's Caster, as expected!" Saber said upon seeing the figure in the river.

Caster stood on the water, with a large number of eerie figures beneath his feet – the same demonic creatures that had appeared in the Einzbern Forest not long ago.

From the scene alone, it was clear that Caster was using some large-scale magecraft, holding the Prelati's Spellbook. It had to be said that almost all of his power came from that Noble Phantasm.

"Welcome! My beautiful saint! Have you also come to witness my art?" Caster bowed slightly, his manners impeccable.

"You're truly incorrigible! What new trick are you playing tonight?"

"Hehehehehe! My apologies, Jeanne, my holy maiden, you are not the guest of honor tonight!" Caster said with an evil grin.

"However, your willingness to attend fills me with the highest honor! Please enjoy, and witness this magnificent spectacle to your heart's content!"

"Hahahahaha!" Accompanied by Caster's booming laughter, the demonic creatures beneath his feet transformed into endless tentacles, enveloping Caster like a ball.

"Come, come! Raise high the banner of the Savior! Those abandoned by God, come to my side, I will lead you, you who are oppressed, let us praise God together!"

Amidst his frantic ravings, the mass of flesh began to grow enormous, and from within, countless thicker tentacles erupted.

"God!! We shall pull you from your throne; we shall wantonly ravage the lambs you favor!"

Gradually, those demonic creatures seemed to be sacrificed, and a towering shadow appeared in the middle of the river—a true sea giant!

"This guy! To be able to summon so many, such powerful demonic creatures..." Saber gritted her teeth.

"No, Saber! No matter how powerful Caster is, the number of demonic creatures he can summon is limited. However, if we don't consider controlling them..." Irisviel said fearfully, but she didn't finish her sentence, and Saber naturally understood.

"Uncontrolled!" Saber instantly grasped the seriousness of the situation!

"Tch, what a troublesome fellow!" A voice accompanied by thunder appeared; it was Rider.

"Rider, you've come too?"

"Of course, with such a commotion, how could I not come to see? But now is not the time for pleasantries, Saber!"

"King of Conquerors! What is your purpose here?!" Saber, holding her Holy Sword, pointed it at Rider and asked in a low voice. If there were two Servants, Saber would be unable to cope!

"Alright, alright! Let's have a temporary truce tonight. If we leave a guy like that unchecked, it'll be impossible to rest easy!" Rider waved his hand indifferently.

"What do you say? Let's form a temporary alliance!"

"Very well! Let us make an oath!" Saber said calmly.

"Good, no problem at all!"

As they spoke, both looked at their Masters simultaneously. No matter what, Masters with Command Spells held a certain degree of dominance.

Irisviel was astonished by how easily both sides agreed to an alliance, but perhaps this was an inherent trait shared by those born in troubled times.

"I have no objection! I, Einzbern, agree to a truce! What about you, Rider's Master!" Irisviel said firmly. Waver had no choice; since Rider had agreed, he naturally nodded in assent.

"Do you know what to do, Saber?" Having decided to ally and fight, Rider quickly fell into character.

"Mm! It's the grimoire in Caster's hands!" Saber nodded, stating the root of the problem.

"The grimoire, huh... But Caster is in the middle of that pile of flesh; it won't be easy!"

"Then let's drag him out!" A third voice appeared.

Saber seemed to have known, smiling as she looked at the newcomer. "...It's you, Lancer, as expected. Did Raku send you?"

Lancer smiled casually, "Precisely. However, my Master has gone to find Caster's Master. If that Master is dealt with, things here will be much easier."

"Exactly!" Saber nodded in agreement.

"If Caster can be separated from that monster, I can take care of it in one go!" Lancer said confidently.

"Lancer, can you throw a Noble Phantasm from the shore?" Saber asked.

"Don't underestimate me! Such a thing is naturally no problem!"

"Very well then, Lancer and I will go first, how about it, King of Conquerors?" Saber nodded and turned to face Rider.

"No problem!" Rider laughed heartily.

"Then, I shall clear the way!" Laughing loudly, Rider drove his divine chariot, accompanied by earth-shattering lightning and Waver's screams, galloping towards the monstrous creature.

Saber nodded to Irisviel and then leaped into the river...

"Command Center, Command Center, we have a situation!"

"Please remain calm and explain the details. What happened?"

The voice on the other end of the radio asked calmly.

"A... a monster has appeared! A monster!"

"Monster? Please don't joke; Ultraman doesn't exist in reality!"

"No, no, I'm not joking; it's real!"

"..."

The other end of the radio fell silent.

"Hey, do you think we'll have to fight monsters?" The fighter jet pilot asked the person in the back.
