"We make use of the Forest City." Serena replied. "The Forest City is their market and can do the negotiations for us since they have the connections to the merchants. We'll just need to supply the city with the charted route and proposal to sell food during their journey. Sending an envoy to explain everything to the Forest City is the plan.
"In the meantime, we can start with the development plans to increase the amount of food produced as well as build accommodations for when the merchants make a stop. After all, the city will need proof that this could work too. And even if they land up not wanting to do this, we will have still developed the village for the better."
