Palpable silence spread across the chamber, all gazes instantly fixed on the Emperor, waiting for his response to the provocation.
The man stood, a suffocating presence spread from him that made even the gathered Kings and Queens shiver.
"Oh?" The Emperor's steps were heavy as he slowly descended. "And what exactly do you plan to do with my head?"
Michael's lips shook. Unable to contain himself, slowly his mouth curled upwards. His eyes shone with such naked bloodlust that they formed the most terrifying expressions known to man.
"I will take your skull, line it with silver, and turn it into a cup."
Amused, the Emperor snorted. His eyes shifted to the crawling woman, bearing the presence of a Supreme Lord.
"The ruler of humanity has just been threatened… Are you not going to defend my honor?" He prompted her to act.
"I…" Sobbing, the woman stood up on her feet and weakly gazed at Michael. She couldn't afford to make the Emperor angry.
"P—Please… die!"
