(Raikage's POV)
Ay stood still, seated in his chair with a stunned expression, he looked at the updated Bingo Book and the shock on his face became even more evident.
Mabui stood there, sweating profusely, without saying a word.
Ay looked at Mabui, then at the bingo book, then back at Mabui again.
-100 million.- the Raikage said calmly.
Mabui nodded with a forced expression of calm.
Ay took a deep breath once, twice, three times...
Mabui watched Ay's tanned face grow darker and darker as veins throbbed on his forehead.
She took a step back, shrinking back slightly, anticipating the explosion, however, she was surprised to see the usually explosive Raikage quickly calming down.
He closed his eyes, his hands gripping the table tightly enough to leave his fingerprints imprinted on it, but he didn't explode, it took him a few seconds to finally calm down.
He turned to Mabui and asked. -Who placed the bounty?
It wasn't that he was surprised to have the bounty, but because Toji had directly relinquished his right to the cadaver just to increase the bounty, the Fourth Raikage's original bounty of 45 million became directly 145 million.
This left the Raikage unsure what to do for a moment. Should he be happy to be the most expensive Kage in history? Or should he be furious that someone dared to put such a high bounty on his head?
-We don't know much about him, he's only been active in the last few weeks. He's really strange. He's a bounty hunter named Fushiguro Toji. He doesn't seem to be affiliated with any ninja village. His modus operandi is to collect bounties, gamble in casinos, increase his winnings, and put bounties on other people's heads. He's already put bounties of 100 million on the heads of each of the Daimyo from the major countries, as well as some smaller countries. The only other ninja he chose to put a bounty on was Shimura Danzo, leader of Konoha's Root.- Mabui said, taking out a portrait he had obtained of Toji and placing it on the table.
The Raikage picked up the image and looked at the figure in the drawing, it was 99% similar to Toji, even the indifferent look and the slight scar above the corner of his lip were there.
-So... he's just doing this randomly?- the Raikage asked, confused.
-According to our intelligence, his psychological profile seems to match that conclusion, he appears to be a very strong guy, at least Grade S, normally using only taijutsu and a long sword.- Mabui added, swallowing hard.
-A longsword?- Ay asked curiously, looking at the drawing of the sword next to Toji. -Did he come from the Land of Iron?
-No evidence found, but the possibility isn't small. After all, for a guy with his strength to be hiding until now, it's likely he was from a smaller country, and considering his swordsmanship skills, the chance of him being from the Land of Iron isn't low.- Mabui said thoughtfully.
-So we have a bored, powerful guy who likes to put bounties on other people's heads.- Ay seemed stunned as he came to this conclusion.
Mabui also didn't know what to say, what Toji did was very strange, it didn't seem to make any sense other than to irritate people, but she wasn't finished yet. - Furthermore, there are reports of several groups of civilians being found impaled in the regions near him, it's unclear if it's him, but the probability is high. All the civilians, however, appeared to be bandits.
-So, a guy who possibly hates not only Daimyos, but also bandits? This guy is getting stranger and stranger.- The Raikage frowned, but didn't comment much on the act of impaling bandits. -Especially with a bounty on my head, what the hell is this guy thinking?

-The Daimyos won't just stand idly by after this.- The Raikage sighed, he thought it was a pity, if he had found Toji sooner, perhaps he could have brought him to Kumogakure.
As soon as he said that, there was a knock on the door.
-Come in!- Ay shouted.
A ninja with a blue bandana tied around his head and sunglasses entered and knelt before the Raikage.
-Kamo, what happened?- the Raikage asked.
-Sir, a message from the Daimyo.- The man named Kamo held up a small piece of paper, probably sent by a bird.
An Anbu appeared and took the paper, handing it to the Raikage.
Ay opened the paper and began to read the small print. After reading it, he confirmed, The Daimyo already knew. His request was simple, hunt down and kill Toji!
-It seems the Daimyo already knows, he wants this guy's head.- The Raikage sighed, then looked at Kamo. -Go get B for me.
-Yes!- the man said, before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.
Ay didn't care and looked at Mabui. - Was Yugito's trail really lost?
-Yes, judging by the remains on the battlefield, it was clear that the Two-Tails had been released. Furthermore, iron powder, pheny, and clay were found.- Mabui replied. The investigation had already been ongoing for weeks.
Ay frowned. Iron sand and poison were the mark of Sunagakure, clay from Iwa—this made no sense.
Ay had already been furious about this before, so despite being annoyed, he managed to keep his cool. - No trace?
-No.- Mabui said sadly. She was Yugito's friend, so she was very upset about the event.
Ay gripped the table again, sending shards flying from the force, but he finally calmed down.
-And what about the Chunin Exams in Oto?- the Raikage asked.
-It starts tomorrow.- Mabui replied.
The Raikage grunted, but ultimately ignored it, he didn't send any further orders to Dodai. After what happened with Yugito, he had become more cautious.
