The figure that came into view was still there. After a long period of friendly interaction, the two of them had each left a special place in their hearts for each other.
Agatha Christie didn't fabricate a relationship out of thin air using the Dark Book; she simply amplified Wanda's deepest emotions to the maximum extent.
Upon hearing Eller's voice, Wanda smiled gently, tucking a strand of her long, flaxen hair behind her ear, and said happily:
"Welcome home, Eller."
"It's so good to have you here, Wanda." Eller smiled and stepped forward. As they got closer, their hearts raced.
Thanks to their exceptional physical condition, the sound of their racing hearts was quite loud in the room.
The usually eloquent Eller was at a loss for words at this moment, and he almost turned red in the face before continuing.
Since he couldn't express it in words, he decided to prove it with actions! In a moment of impulse, Eller quickly walked up to Wanda and pulled her into his arms.
Wanda didn't refuse; instead, she greedily enjoyed the warmth emanating from Eller.
"Yes, it's so good to have you." Wanda pressed her face against Eller's chest, and as soon as she finished speaking, she saw Eller kiss her.
Wanda made no attempt to dodge, and thus gave him her first kiss. Their soft lips met, and an unusual flame burned in their hearts.
The flame burned exceptionally brightly, and no one would try to extinguish it until it died down naturally.
........................
The next day
It was already noon. Wanda, her body aching all over, sat up in bed, put on a shirt, and, leaning against the wall, went to the dining room.
This man's physique seems excessively good...
Today was a rare occasion for Eller to cook. After solving his biggest problem and winning the heart of his sweetheart, he was in such a good mood that he even hummed a little tune while cooking.
"Because I have done everything in my power just to be by your side..."
Eller's cooking skills weren't great, but what he made was edible. He simply made two plates of fried noodles and squeezed two glasses of fresh orange juice before bringing lunch to the table.
Looking at Wanda, who seemed somewhat dejected, Eller felt a pang of guilt and slowed down his eating.
Finally, Wanda broke the silence, fiddling with her fork, and brought up something to Eller.
"Eller, do you know that I have magical power within me?"
"I know," Eller said frankly. "I didn't take you in for that reason. I just wanted to see if there was any hope for you."
"If you're beyond saving, then just give me a quick death, okay?"
Wanda said with a smile that after spending so much time together, she still knew how Eller would react to certain things.
To be honest, Wanda wasn't offended by Eller's words. If she saw herself completely brainwashed, she would make the same choice as Eller.
"But you still have hope of being saved," Eller replied naturally, then asked in return, "Have you already awakened the magical power within you?"
When Wanda said that, Eller began to suspect that she might have awakened chaos magic.
Upon hearing this, Wanda did not deny it. She nodded slightly and then began to recount the story of that day.
"That was the day you went to fight aliens..."
Wanda quickly finished telling her story, which made Eller realize that it was the right thing to have the Ancient One know about Wanda's existence.
Although according to the original timeline, Wanda could have defeated Agatha, but in that case, Wanda might have gone to read the Dark Book.
The Dark Book is an extremely dangerous item, containing countless dark magic spells. Prolonged reading of it will corrupt the reader's mind.
"I see." Eller nodded, then asked Wanda, "Did the yellow-robed sorcerer you saw take a book-like object from the black witch?"
"Something like a book?" Wanda thought for a moment. "Yes!"
Upon hearing Wanda's answer, Eller understood that the Ancient One had taken the Dark Book, which eased his anxiety slightly.
But Eller has one more thing to do: Wanda has just awakened her magical powers and needs someone to teach her how to use them.
"Are you still feeling unwell?" Eller asked. "Once you've recovered enough, I'll take you somewhere to learn how to use magic."
"A place where you can learn magic? Hogwarts?" Wanda said half-jokingly, though she knew, of course, that there was no Hogwarts in the world.
"The teaching methods there are much stricter than Hogwarts."
..................…
Some time later, Eller and Wanda arrived at Kamar-Taj.
Wanda's face lit up with curiosity as she experienced the magic of the portal, which allowed her to travel from New York to Nepal in just one step.
"Will I be able to do this kind of thing in the future?"
"Don't worry, you might do even better in the future," Eller encouraged.
At this moment, Master Wang closed the portal and said to Eller, "The Ancient One is already waiting for you in the reception room."
"Thank you." Eller nodded in thanks, then took Wanda to find the Ancient One.
Inside the reception room, the Ancient One had prepared two cups of tea for Eller and his companion. The steam kept rising until the two sat down, disrupting the airflow and affecting the direction of the steam.
"You've finally arrived." The Ancient One warmly welcomed the two. "Please drink, this is some fine tea specially prepared for you."
"Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule, Ancient One," Eller said.
"It was nothing. What makes me happiest is being able to bring the users of chaos magic back to the right path and retrieve the Dark Book." The Ancient One had a broad smile on her face, looking very pleased.
"How will Kamar-Taj preserve the Dark Book?"
"You can rest assured about that." Gu Yi waved her hand, indicating that Eller didn't need to worry.
"I have locked the Dark Book in the deepest part of the Kamar-Taj Vault and cast a Vishanti curse on it. Even an being of my own caliber would need a very long time to break it."
"That's good." Eller was relieved.
After resolving the issue of the Dark Book, the Ancient One focused on how to teach Wanda to be successful.
"As for how to learn to use magic, I already have a clue. Kamar-Taj has many books suitable for beginners. You can take them home and read them slowly, just remember to return them. You may have difficulty concentrating, so I recommend that you find an item that can improve your concentration when casting spells."
Something that enhances concentration while casting spells? Upon hearing this, Eller was instantly wide awake and immediately took out the Mind Scepter, which had lost its Mind Stone, from his dimensional pocket.
With this scepter, Wanda looks even more like a magical girl.
