After seeing Sam's status and items, Sam became a little confused.
"Whats system 2.0 upgrade?"
Then a notification popped up.

After reading this Sam felt a little confused and mumbled on his mind.
"Again? What even is this system tier 2?"
After thinking a moment, Sam replied

Using System 2.0 upgrade. It will take 72 Hours for system to upgrade. Until then the host of the selected system will get endless pain. The tolerance of pain every second will make system 2.0 even more beneficial for the host.
After reading the pain part, Sams eyes turned big on shock.
"Wait, endless what?..."
Before Sams could even get what was going on, his heart suddenly started to beat very fast and started to skip beats as it is making sound. "Ba-dump," "Ba-damp."

Sam fell to his knees as the pain was worsening every second. Then suddenly a light released from Sam's body, along with light red colour veins came out from Sam's body from every arteries. The pain just increased by 1000 times, Sam starts screaming in pain.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!"
The pain was so intense, Sam felt like his flesh was being torn apart from his bones endless times. Every second the pain increases. Sam somehow endures this pain by not collapsing. But Sam didn't even knew that it would be so much beneficial to him.

It has been three days since Sam saw the upgrade notification. Since then Sam has been enduring the pain. He was so exhausted that he couldn't scream anymore. He was still on his knee, enduring endless pain. His red glowy veins were still visible. When Sam was going to hit his limit, a notification popped up.

The pain stopped. Sam felt a little relieved. The light which was coming from Sam disappeared.
Sam was very sweaty. The armour he was wearing was unequipped the moment system started to upgrade. Sam was full naked and sweaty. His eyes were also turned upside. After Sam felt relieved from endless pain for three days, he collapsed. But system still kept working.
