Chapter 158 - Chapter 158

The reinforced glass of the control room shattered as Abomination crashed through it like a cannonball.

Inside, Maria Hill had been operating the carrier controls—until the monster's entrance sent her ducking in panic. If she'd hesitated even a second, she'd have been reduced to a stain on the wall.

Still under Loki's scepter's mind control, Maria raised her pistol, believing her mission was to protect the very creature rampaging before her.

But before she could even pull the trigger—

BOOM!

The Hulk came crashing in from above, roaring like a thunderclap. He slammed into Abomination, sending both titans tumbling through the wreckage. The air shook as they smashed through the bulkheads and tore back onto the flight deck.

Hulk grabbed Abomination by the throat and drove him back, his fists like green meteors pounding a slab of granite.

Abomination gritted his teeth and rammed his head forward. The impact was so brutal that both monsters reeled, dazed.

Then Abomination laughed—a deep, gravelly sound that rumbled through the metal floor.

"Face it, Banner," he sneered. "I'm your evolution. You're just a mindless beast that smashes whatever's in reach. But me? I control my rage. I'm what you'll never be—a monster with focus."

That jab landed harder than the punch. Hulk roared, rage boiling, and the fight reignited—two forces of destruction colliding again and again. Every blow cratered the steel deck, every shockwave rattled the entire carrier.

If they hit the power room, the ship would've fallen out of the sky.

Meanwhile, elsewhere on the carrier—

Ryuuto and Ant-Man burst into Abomination's quarters.

"Found the safe," Ryuuto muttered. Without hesitation, he spun his palm.

"Wind Release—Rasengan!"

The spiraling chakra ball slammed against the reinforced vault. Sparks scattered. The result? A dent. Barely.

"Damn. Adamantium," he hissed, eye twitching. "Same metal as Wolverine's claws and Cap's shield."

Ant-Man scratched his helmet. "Yeah… we'll need his iris scan to open it."

"Then I'll just go get one," Ryuuto said flatly, turning to leave.

He almost ran straight into Captain Steve Rogers, still under mind control, charging at him with his shield raised.

"Not in the mood, Cap."

Ryuuto blurred out of sight—then reappeared behind Steve and kicked him across the corridor.

"Ant-Man! He's yours!"

"Wait, what—?!"

Too late. Ryuuto vanished in a flash.

Steve shook it off and turned on Ant-Man instead. For a normal human, the fight would've been suicide, but Ant-Man had one advantage—size. Every time Steve swung, Ant-Man shrank, darted between his legs, and punched him in the jaw from below.

It was chaotic, absurd, and—if Ryuuto had stayed to watch—probably hilarious.

Back on the flight deck, Hulk and Abomination clashed once more.

Hulk's punch sent Abomination skidding across the platform. The brute tried to rise—but Hulk was already on him, kicking forward with a roar meant to send him off the carrier entirely.

Abomination grinned and caught Hulk's leg mid-swing.

"Gotcha."

He slammed Hulk left and right like a ragdoll, smashing crater after crater into the deck.

Then—suddenly—he screamed.

A black spear whistled through the air, piercing his eye.

Ryuuto landed in front of him, wiping blood from his weapon. His smirk was sharp enough to cut steel.

"Don't mind me. Just need to borrow that."

He yanked out the bloody eyeball, twirling it once before pocketing it.

"You two keep playing. I'll be right back."

Abomination bellowed in rage, trying to stop him—but Hulk seized the opportunity, gripping his enemy's ankle and throwing him clear across the deck.

The balance of the battle shifted instantly. With one eye gone, Abomination's power dropped. Hulk pressed forward, roaring triumphantly.

Ryuuto darted back into the control hall, only to find Steve and Ant-Man still fighting.

"Seriously? You two been doing this the whole time?"

He sighed, crouched before the safe, and pressed the bloodied eyeball to the scanner.

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Red lights flashed. Denied.

"What the hell?"

Ant-Man adjusted his helmet. "Probably because it needs a living scan. Dead tissue won't work."

Ryuuto groaned. "So I need him alive and human? Great."

"And another thing," Ant-Man added, "Abomination's iris is probably bound to his human form. The scan won't match his transformed state."

Ryuuto's grin returned, wicked as ever.

"Then I'll just beat the monster out of him."

Steve hurled his shield again—Ryuuto barely blocked it with an Earth-Style Rock Fist, his arm turning to stone on impact.

He'd had enough. One punch sent Steve crashing through the wall, unconscious but alive.

"Sorry, Cap. You'll thank me when you wake up."

Ryuuto turned back to the safe, dusting off his hands.

"Now then… let's go finish this."
